The tractor is usually down for 1 to 3 weeks at a time.its hard to get anything done when tractor is broke down all of the time. And trying to get warranty work they always say I'll try to push it thru. My fan blade has came apart 2 times,sight glass replaced 2 or 3 times,steering motor went out,starter went out,battery was bad. That's not even all the problems. I will never do business there other than warranty work. Hopefully I can get rid of mahindra soon. Some employees don't have good customer service.

This place is a rip off!!!! I give them no stars. Wanted my oil changed in the motor and hydro…read moreoil changed. Said they would sharpen the blades, grease everything, new plugs, level the deck, and new air filter. I don't know a place in this world where that is worth 350.00 BUCKS. Didn't sharpen my blades, didn't grease the spindles, and even level the deck. They drained the oil and put new in and changed the plugs and air filter. 2 hours labor at 75 bucks an hour so that is a 150 bucks. What did I get for the other 200 bucks is what I would like to know. I don't know a place where you can spend that much on oil, 2 plugs, oil filters, fuel filter, or a air filter. When I picked it up the blades where laying on the foot deck and the bolts for the blades where in the cup holder. And no one told me that. Got home to put on the blades after I sharpened them and one of the grass shields was gone so I couldn't even put the damn things on till I get one of those. Would never take anything back to them or encourage anyone else to do so.

As I walked up, I saw two, big, rough looking dudes, coming away with a plate of homemade dinner rolls and a plate of cinnamon rolls. (Lightbulb!!! Pick some up too!) I bought a variety of pumpkins, veggies, eggs, and of course, the breads. The young man at the register was professional but not overly friendly. He offered to carry a box of veggies to the car of the two Mennonite ladies in front of me, but I was left to haul my pumpkins on my own. (Lost a star for that one dude.) Prices are fair, they TAKE CREDIT CARDS and everything is clean and organized. Bread rolls were delicious but the cinnamon rolls were dry and almost tough. I noticed they had a date of 9/11 on the pkg, today is 9/12, so not sure if the 9/11 was the dump date or what. Nevertheless, the veggies are homegrown and I'd rather put money in their pocket, than a big box store.
