Her website is nicely done, her portfolio is great, she is priced very reasonably, and she got back to me really quickly after I emailed her the first time(much quicker than other photogs I reached out to). Once I decided to go with her, she was extremely accessible and quick in answering emails and phone calls. Jenna took the time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for in our wedding pictures. She did not simply show up on the day of the wedding; she got coffee with me a month before the wedding to get to know each other (her idea!). Trust me, that made a BIG difference in my comfort level on wedding day. She was not a random girl taking our pictures - she was Jenna, the girl who cares! It was honestly like having a friend taking all of our photos. Jenna is friendly, classy, talented, and funny. She joined in on our conversations while we were getting ready, but also blended in to the background at appropriate times too. She got along with all of my bridesmaids and groomsmen, which makes the "funny shots" easier because everyone was relaxed and not being yelled at. Her husband, Will, was her second shooter for our wedding, and he was just as nice! Something else I noticed - they were dressed so nice. At other weddings I have attended, I have seen photographers in jeans and tshirts, and I thought it was a nice touch that Jenna and Will dressed wedding-appropriate. I know they may have been more comfortable in casual clothes, so I guess that is where "classy" comes into play. These are two of the nicest people who were involved in making our big day happen, and I would recommend them to any couple looking for great photography by great people. I cannot wait to use them again in the future! On the night after my wedding, I texted Jenna to see when I could expect to see our pictures, and within a couple of hours she edited and emailed me EIGHT shots to hold me over until the rest are finished. I knew after my first meeting with Eric & Jenn that they would be the perfect fit; they have an extremely professional demeanor, while at the same time being very easy to talk to and relatable during a very stressful period of time. They are married, which I think adds a very nice touch, something I may not have thought of before--they communicate well with one another, they know each other well, and as they stated, they know what they wanted in their own wedding, and want to emulate that for others. They asked the right questions, and they truly captured the style and focus of my wedding before it even began. Mariemil suggested we use the Cal State Long Beach Japanese Gardens as the backdrop for our family. Very nice. The location was free from crowds and had a number of beautiful settings including koi ponds, wooden bridges, walkways, foliage, etc. She suggested a number of different set-ups throughout the one hour sitting and we ended up with about 100 different photos. WAY more than we had expected. I absolutely LOVE what Mariemil and Paolo are doing. They are creating ART!! Highly recommend.

This is a full service photographer, don't confuse it with the mall photo booths…read more We started working with Kat Mack in late 2017 as we were shopping for someone to do a bucket list photoshoot my wife wanted. Since the shoot involved body paint it obviously had to be someone she was comfortable working with as many of those were fabric free. We met with Kat for a consultation and spent sever hours working on the details for the shoot. Time well spent in the quality of the final product. On shoot day we scheduled the entire day. Kat coordinated with a hair & makeup artist and a body paint artist - we were pleased with both. Kat's assistant also helped with the various housekeeping duties involved with staging and a half dozen wardrobe changes. Our shoot was smooth and well put together, her entire operation was coordinated and adapted to delays as necessary thru the day. Working with her for edits which required multiple iterations she was patient and very accomodating. Great quality takes time folks, it cannot be rushed so keep that in mind and factor into your photo projects. When quality and fantastic customer service is required this studio is the place to go.

I spent $120 on Groupon for her services that never stated in the fine print that she would require and additional purchase with a min price of $600 with her Groupon ! Groupon refuses to give my money back so I now have a credit. 2. I feel a three star review now accurate assessment of the conversation and time she took explaining to me that she prefers to work with clients that can afford and are willing to spend and "invest" a significant amount of time and money! I explained I did not use her services as she described her services to not be a "good fit" for what I wanted. That is her right and I appreciate that thank you ! But I still feel you are worthy of an honest review which is three stars . Please don't ask me to change my view point ! Please don't harass me about my review ! I feel I was honest and accurate !
