I even once called in an order without giving my name, and when I showed up they recognized my voice, had everything ready, and still confirmed I wanted it cut in half. That's the kind of service you don't really get anywhere else. Beyond the quesadilla, I highly recommend their grilled sandwiches. They're definitely indulgent -- buttery, grilled, and super filling -- but worth it every time. You can call ahead and your order is usually ready in about 10 minutes, which makes it super convenient. I also always get either the horchata or Jamaica agua fresca, and the homemade tres leches cake is a must if you want something sweet after. There are a lot of taco spots in the area, some way more expensive, but this place has kept their prices really reasonable. I usually order ahead and then sit down and eat there when I can, just to watch them cook for other people. It really feels like everything is made with care.
