I always get nervous shopping for furniture because I feel like the employees are like cars salesmen. They are just waiting for you right when you walk in the door. Paula approached us and showed us where the bedroom and dining sets were. Paula was extremely helpful and she wasn't pushy like I have seen in other sales people. She showed us where the things were that we wanted to see, then she left us alone. She told us where we could find her if we needed her or had any questions. We ended up finding both a bedroom and dining set that we absolutely loved. The bedroom set won't be in stock until May so we have to wait a couple months to get it, but it will be worth it. There were some great sales happening with President's Day, which was very helpful.

Less than two months ago, I purchased what I believed was a quality mattress from Levin Furniture in Avon Lake. This was not an impulse purchase--it took me months of hard work to afford something I thought would provide comfort and support for my family. Instead, in under eight weeks, the mattress has developed a 1¼-inch divot where I sleep. Every single night, I am essentially laying in a hole. I wake up sore, achy, and exhausted. My back pain has gotten to the point where I've had to schedule physical therapy just to deal with the discomfort this mattress is causing. No one should be in pain from something they just purchased--especially something as essential as a bed. What has been even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. I've spoken with Teresa in the service department, who simply repeats that the Sealy warranty requires a 1 1/2-inch indentation before anything can be done. Until then, I've been told there is "nothing they can do." At the store level, both Ken and John, the managers, have also told me there's nothing they can do and that everything goes through the service department. So where does that leave me? I'm stuck in the middle--sleeping on a defective mattress, in pain every night, while being passed from one person to another with no one willing to take responsibility. The focus isn't on the fact that the product failed in less than two months--it's on whether it meets a technical measurement so it doesn't cost anyone anything. That's not customer care. That's avoidance. So on Saturday, May 16, I will be taking a stand--literally. Along with my three children, their friends, and neighbors, we will be peacefully protesting with the very mattress that has failed us. We are asking for accountability, awareness, and fair treatment for consumers who work hard for what they have. I believe this is a story many families can relate to. When you spend your hard-earned money on something essential, you shouldn't be told to wait until it gets worse before anyone will help. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to share my story and bring attention to this issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.

After a few telephone conversations with representative, Sabuh (Saab) Nasibov, regarding a specific (Zebrano) brand of furniture, my husband and I traveled to North Olmsted Ohio in September 2023. We met at the physical located store and went over what we were interested in purchasing and the customized aspects of these items. Based on the company advertised website and Saab's sells pitch, we were assured of the company's craftsmen had the ability to accommodate our requests. Saab made a physical trip to our condominium on September 27th to see the space for all the purchased items and for matching purposes of fabric and metal hardware. He informed us because it was a custom order we had to make payment in full before they would proceed with processing our order. He also said there was a warranty on the furniture. Almost ever since we have struggled to get anything that was even promised. We had prolonged periods of non-responsiveness from the company. They ended up sending us in July 2024 defective and damaged goods that were not according to our agreed customization. We notified them of the issues when the items were delivered and they indicated they would address the concerns but did not follow through. We have gotten so many excuses and stories that it has been a total disaster and essentially a swindle resulting in us being taken for approximately $28,000.00. It is my believe that it was always their intention to portray themselves as some high-end luxury furniture company to get money from people then provide little or nothing of what was purchased. This is a racket and there are others since us that have been taken advantage of in a similar manner. We have numerous texts and emails, which can be provided if necessary or required. Attached pictures are of 3 separate barstools with defective finishes. Other pictures are of chair, which hasn't even really be used, that already has a broken piece. They were notified about all of this and been completely silent.

    BEWARE! SCAM! My…read morewife and I visited Zebrano in the Great Northern Mall because we were interested in purchasing furniture. We were told they required a $1000, fully refundable deposit to start working on designs. We were also given an estimate of $10000-$15000 for a living room and dining room setup. We made the deposit and the store showed us the design. They then told us it would be $50000. Which was quite a bit more than the initial estimate. So we said it's too expensive for us, and we asked for our deposit to be refunded. They then told us the deposit was no longer refundable. In order for the deposit to be refunded we would have to purchase furniture and they would then take our deposit out of that furniture purchase. It's a complete bait and switch and scam.
