Purchased a sofa and was quoted a price of $604 including taxes and delivery. One of the reasons I made the purchase was they offered a interest free loan if the money was paid off within 101 days. If not the rate is 179.75% per year. I figure I'm dealing with Ashley and paying it off within 101 days no problem. After setting up a plan and paying the loan off within 45 days of delivery everything is good. I then find out that it was all a lie, you have a $99 fee no matter when you paid it off. So as far as I'm concerned the salesperson and the Manager are liars and I will never deal with this store again and will let everyone I know be aware of this scam! read more

Purchased a bed frame without the mattress. Price was 900.00 and some change Waited months for its arrival. Got call from store several times about when to expect its arrival. Hmmmm. Sounds like someone's up to something I thought ! Finally the bed arrives after two months or so, seems like longer, and was assembled quickly. Started noticing the same amount of money taken out of my account, well over a year ! A 900.00 bed frame turned into thousands of dollars which lead me to call American First , the finance company that was taking money out! After reaching several depts. including a call center I was told I signed an agreement . Ashley Furniture pulled a bait and switch! America First told me that my balance on this account is 197.57 ( they just took money out of my account ) and said if I pay the 197.57 today my account would be closed. But if not they will charge me 00.90 cents a day until it's paid off. Please read the find print. I trusted the young sales person that helped with this transaction because our kids go to the same school and is in the same class room ! "Never judge a book by its cover ". Will never be shopping with Ashley Furniture again! Location: 5300 W Baltimore Pike, Clifton Heights, PA 19018 Representative: James, Store Manger (did not provide last name). Bought a set back in 9/20/21. The bench for the set was delayed "due to Covid" multiple times. My original delay date was February 2022, then end of March 2022, and then I was told July 2022 until I finally said "No, I want to return the set at this point." Now, they want to deliver the bench this Saturday. I can no longer return the furniture that was already delivered because it's "been in the house for months, the company has no control over the delays, and it was my 'choice' to keep waiting for the furniture." The best they can do is return the $170 bench I never recieved. The set should have never been offered to be delivered incomplete if the company knew they wouldn't have any accurate timeline. Instead, they drug out these delays and are throwing "company policy" in my face. It's unprofessional to throw "company policy" in a customers face when these delays were blamed on a pandemic issuse. How is this the customers fault? I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and got scammed by "company policy". What's your "company policy" on Covid delays? How is it the customers fault to keep waiting for a piece that they are told would be deliverers within 3 months and then got pushed out AN ENTIRE YEAR "due to Covid"? If the company was unsure of delays, that should have been specified before having a customer accept an incomplete set. But it's the customers fault for accepting the incomplete set and it's the customers fault for also for Covid delays, right? Never again! I purchased a mattress yesterday from James. He was very nice and extremely helpful in making my decision. Just as promised the mattress was delivered today. I purchased a furniture set along with a warranty, that has been nothing but a nightmare. The reclining love seat was poorly assembled. I contacted the warranty department and arranged for a tech to come a fix it. Well of course the foot rest was in worse shape after the tech left. It should not take slamming the foot rest several times for it to latch on and sometimes it unlatches by itself. Well I had to call the warranty department again and darn near had to curse them out to get a replacement reclining loveseat. I am now waiting for the replacement to be available so that a delivery date can be arranged. I will post an update. I hope that no one has had a bad experience with this furniture store. Do not order from here. The people that worked there were nice but the process after the fact was miserable. We had a 3-7 window for delivery people to come with our furniture. They came almost an hour late with no notice. Two of our pieces of furniture were badly damaged and had to be returned so now we have to wait even longer. The nightstand drawer was installed crooked and all my furniture had scratches in the wood. I called for a week to finally get customer service to answer me. Finally one of the guys on the phone told me I would not be getting refunded any money AFTER sending 6 pictures of all of the damage on my items I was KEEPINg because I did not feel like waiting any longer to get a bed set. read more

I suffered an injury that left both of my feet swollen. My doctor said I should keep my feel elevated for several hours a day. I went here hoping to get an ottoman or foot rest. I was told they sell them but not at the store-I had to look at their catalog and if what I wanted was in the warehouse I could have it within a week. If hat I wanted wasn't in the warehouse it would take several weeks. Seriously??? I went next door to Home Depot and bought a step stool. It's ugly but it works and I took it home with me. read more
