All that changed in December 2024 after a car accident involving another State Farm customer. State Farm Lee was out on medical leave and Lisa, the office manager, was in charge. Lisa is amazing and very knowledgeable and caring and went the extra mile for us. Unfortunately there was only so much she could do as she isn't a licensed agent as is Lee. I wish she were! We never heard from Lee or any other agent in Lee's stead which was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We no longer are State Farm customers.
