They explained everything in plain English, answered all of my (many) questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. They also found a couple of gaps in our coverage that could have been a big deal down the road. That alone made the switch worth it. Any time we've needed something, whether it's a quick question, proof of insurance, or reviewing a policy, they're quick to respond and super easy to work with. They coordinated everything seamlessly with the rental, body shop, insurance claims, without me having to chase folks down and spend a lot of time on paperwork. They kept me informed every step of the way and provided a fair and generous settlement once my car was recovered and we realized it could be repaired. I have written via email to Brittany M. that I would like to cancel my policy. Two days without a response later, I call the office and spoke with Maria. Maria states she has a note there about my request, however no one responded to my email or reached out to me. Maria states she will send me an email that I need to e-sign. I advised I need to cancel for Jan 31, as I have a new policy with another company starting this date. By the end of the day, I received no email. I sent Brittany another email. No response. On Google, it states they are open Saturdays until 2 PM. When I call, I am forwarded to an 800- line that cannot assist. Instead, I will be auto charged Monday for a month of State Farm even though I have made it very clear I have another policy beginning, and have made every effort to cancel. It's funny, because they sure will respond within moments of requesting a quote, and hound you to purchase life insurance. Unprofessional and terrible service. They pride themselves on providing excellent service as a local office, but ignore you unless you're a new client or purchasing a new product. Would not recommend.
