Before I was treated they explained in-depth the nature of the procedure I'd be doing and how it would relate to my current skin regiment. I didn't take any before or after pics but I plan on returning there soon so I will do that then. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has any skin concerns. Update: 14/01/2020 So I have been going to Natrabella for the past year, and more consistently in the past 6 months ( having up to 4 treatment sessions). These range from LHR on my chin, 2 Microneedling sessions, and 1 Medium peel. My skin has been consistently doing better, the care that Allie and her staff take to ensure that you get the best out of your sessions its truly superb. I had little to no breakouts and a very simple skincare routine. Unfortunately, I had a recent breakout in the first week of the year due to taking Biotin (a much higher dose than required as I am deficient) . It only took a week of taking it for my skin to flare up (one side more than the other). I ran to Natrabella as soon as I could and they recommended the best course of treatment. Its almost been 2 weeks my skin significantly looks better with the help of the Acne treatment that I got as well the strict skin regiment Allie put me on. Most of the breakouts have dried up and there is no significant scarring.

Upon arrival, the service was great. We had our coats taken and hung up, we slipped into cute branded slippers, and we were offered adorably themed treats and drinks. Once we walked back to our room, we changed into cozy robes and had our heads propped up on cushy pillows. I loved the procedure from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, my aesthetician walked me through all the different sections and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even showed me all the blackheads that she removed (yuck but also veryy cool lol) . After everything was done, she gave me pointers on how to keep my pores unclogged and she reminded me to add products with sunscreen to my routine. I loved my first deep cleansing facial and I definitely have Natrabella Skincare Beauty and Day Spa to thank for that. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and bring all my friends with me.

The space is clean, well-maintained, & thoughtfully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing, the blankets are comfortable, & I appreciated the Christian music and R&B that often played during appointments. It was easy to relax & even fall asleep while getting my lashes done. One issue I experienced involved excessive lash fallout shortly after an appointment. When I brought it to their attention, I felt there was an initial attempt to place the blame on me. During that same situation, I was encouraged to book a full set despite having recently received one & was asked to return the following day to complete the service. While the issue was eventually resolved professionally, the experience left me feeling frustrated & undervalued as a client. Over time, I realized that something always felt off in the overall client experience. I'm not expecting friendship from someone providing a service, but with personal services like lashes, waxing, nails, or massages, clients naturally develop a level of comfort & familiarity. Although there were moments where they were kind, I often felt more tolerated than genuinely appreciated despite my continued support of the business. There were also several moments where communication & rescheduling felt unnecessarily difficult. One interaction that stood out was being placed on hold for over 15 minutes. While on hold, I called from another number & the call was answered immediately. The reaction once realizing it was me made the interaction feel uncomfortable. I also invited them to participate in a volunteer empowerment event for young girls because I believed they could be positive role models & demonstrate what entrepreneurship & success in the community can look like. I viewed it as an opportunity to give back & encourage young girls to see successful women who looked like them pursuing their goals & building businesses of their own. While I fully respect everyone's right to value their time & services, a last-minute disagreement regarding compensation ultimately led us to withdraw the invitation. The situation reinforced some of the concerns I already had regarding communication & professionalism. Looking back, I realize I focused heavily on the quality of the work while overlooking how the overall experience made me feel as a client. The lashes were beautiful, & I still believe both women are highly skilled. However, over time I learned that talent alone is not enough for me personally. Professionalism, communication, & making clients feel genuinely welcomed matter just as much as the final result. If your priority is solely the lash work itself, you may have a positive experience. I can only speak honestly about my own experience as a long-term client.

Emma helped me understand what services to do and how often to do them. She also helped me understand what products I need and gave me clear information how to take care of my skin. She even helped me understand how food affects my skin and what I can do to eat better for my skin! I did a level 3 facial and am in love with my new products. They make everything in house and I got to walk through their workshop and meet their team. Everyone was really lovely :) It's the first place I felt comfortable to ask all the questions about my skin and what it needs. There was no judgement! The staff and facialists are welcoming and friendly at both locations. They make all their own masks, oils, sprays, etc. from natural ingredients; all of which they use in the facials. They spend time asking about your skincare routine and offer suggestions, but it's never pushy or salesy. I love the hot stones placed under your shoulder blades midway through the facial and the neck massage. My skin is always very grateful for this treatment. It's a lovely, no frills, local place that I hope stays around for a long time.
