While the trek to BBF was 3/4 mi from the NY parking lot, the jaunt to Campbell Falls was much closer from our dirt parking area. Both falls were similar heights. I inclined to say that BBF was a little higher. Intrepid Paul ventured into the deep pool at the bottom. He looked refreshed. Mountain goat Jamie climbed up the steep terrain to the right of the Falls, and appeared to be standing right in the middle of it at the top. In reality, there is also an opening in the paved road at the top that allows one to get close. Be careful if you do this !!!!!. All-in-all, worth the trip.

For $35, to spend over an hour trying to help a bride to be achieve her desired look, exemplified extraordinary attention to detail and a high level of customer service by Kate. It's obvious she cares a lot about the reputation of the business and the way her customers feel when they leave the salon. My hairstylist was Lindsay and she was AWESOME. She asked me questions and double checked with me on everything she was doing. When I reached out to the salon, I was told it was just a "toner issue" and only got refunded about $40 for the toner--out of the $150+ I spent. This wasn't just a toner problem - it's a straight up doesn't know how to do hair problem. It's been 3 months, and even after several corrective toners, the brassy bleach still keeps coming through. And the uneven haircut? It just has to grow out. Would never recommend booking with her.
