The job turned out nice. Then I noticed that they simply painted over the screws that were still in the wall from prior window treatments. They had to come back and fix it which they did. Then I moved some open shelves and there on the wall were 2 noticeable drips from the ceiling paint job. I had to text several times to get this taken care of. It finally was, albeit begrudgingly. Overall, quite disappointed with the high recommendation. Would not use again, would not recommend.

His work is impeccable. He holds himself and his workers to a very high standard, and you'll be hard pressed to find the value for your dollars spent anywhere else. Ive recommended him to several friends over the years, and no one has been disappointed. In fact, they've used Ziggy more than once. After all the years I've worked with him, I recently asked him why he hasn't grown his team larger and expanded his business more (he has PLENTY of business but having more workers would expand his business even larger) He told me it's because he likes to oversee every project himself personally and if the business got too large, he may not be able to expend himself to the oversight that he insists on. If Ziggy is working at one house, and sends a couple of his guys to yours to do a smaller job, trust me, he will be popping in on a regular basis to make sure things are done correctly, and perfectly. This man will provide you with QUALITY work and takes pride in providing you with a beautiful job. He never takes advantage of anyone on cost. Ziggy is a fair man. Ziggy has strong opinions on the best material to be used for the project due to his experience. I have strong opinions on my aesthetic outcome. So if we disagree (and we have) he will of course acquiesce to the homeowner with a reluctant shrug and the knowledge that you're ultimately the one in charge of what you want. He's more practical I feel, and I'm more aesthetic, and both of us opinionated on what we think is best. With his talent and knowledge of what he's doing, and what I like to think of as my good aesthetic eye, we together recently produced a bathroom I could live in! (IF it were larger! ) I'm not one to recommend anyone lightly. It's happened where a company does a good job for someone, then a less than stellar job for another person leaving the homeowner disappointed. I never want to be that person who steered someone wrong, even if it's out of my control and I was pleased with the work rendered at my place. With Ziggy, and after working with him on four different jobs, I can tell you without hesitation and with confidence, he will provide you with beautiful work, at a price that is usually more than competitive.

He did a fantastic job with all work done and my house was built in 1976 with some very strange construction techniques. He handled everything perfectly and we were very pleased with the outcome. Fast forward to this year and one of the tubs developed a crack. Ziggi came out, replaced the tub and surrounding tiles and you can't tell that it was changed at all. He did a great job matching the existing tiles. Ziggi brings old world work skills at a reasonable price. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at ray60174 at gmail.

He did our wood floors which do look okay and patched drywall. Negatives: unreliable, unorganized, messy, terrible communication, unprofessional work The story: cash was hired to complete our updates to our new old home. Everything that was paint on out was getting ripped up or repainted/tiled. Cash gave us a quote that was 1/2 of what others were quoting and his references seemed to track. We hired him. We gave him a list and we said it would be take all of Nov/Dec and we would be able to move in Jan. The real deal: consistently two hours late, did not to projects on time, house was no where near complete a month after the deadline. My dad has to finish many projects. Extremely sloppy work. He spray painted our brick. Did not complete many items that we paid him to do. Did not listen to detailed instructions. Cut many corners. I could stick my hand behind wallpaper and it had large gaps. For our shower, it was a complete mess. We fell through the flooring. He fixed it and we fell through again. We hired another company to fix it for the third time...and it ended up costing us another 6k as the work was so messed up. The tiles were incredibly crooked. Paint has dust marks it it. The man on his crew that did it did a terrible job. The people that fixed it gave us some free extra work because they felt bad about how horrible the job turned out. It was not worth the tears to save money. We lost it in the long run. We are in a constant state of fear or something breaking. Luckily my father is very handy is helping us fix or complete all the issues. Not one thing was completely done. We got home after our trip and everything was not only perfectly painted, but he also wiped down all of the surfaces and it was almost as if he wasn't even there (basically).
