We terminated our partnership yesterday after several complaints from homeowners about the severe lack of quality in both the lumber delivered, and the way it was delivered. Material orders were thrown over fences, Constantly wrong or missing items, And incredibly rude and unhelpful delivery drivers. Yesterday one of the delivery drivers was so rude. The homeowner called us crying demanding to cancel the order because how rude and disrespectful the Delivery driver was. We will be taking our business of 200 + projects a year to a more professional and reliable lumber supplier. I would STRONGLY Recommend going with a different company for your lumber needs. I would recommend Conrad lumber or Sherwood lumber. Just think if they're willing to screw me over with no hesitation and I send them hundreds of thousands of dollars in business imagine what they will do to you.

After waiting several minutes and no indication he was ever getting off the phone, we walked out. No sales people asked if they could help us. They will help you after the sale too. I drove 500 miles from Nevada to deal here. It was so worth it getting everything I needed and all the advice that I drove back up today just to thank them, and get my blades sharpened. I could have shipped them but it's always better in person. I love my saw and have to give lumber away just to keep sawing. I never wanted to be in the lumber selling business but may have to so I can keep cutting. I need a bigger property. Thanks Guys
