We terminated our partnership yesterday after several complaints from homeowners about the severe lack of quality in both the lumber delivered, and the way it was delivered. Material orders were thrown over fences, Constantly wrong or missing items, And incredibly rude and unhelpful delivery drivers. Yesterday one of the delivery drivers was so rude. The homeowner called us crying demanding to cancel the order because how rude and disrespectful the Delivery driver was. We will be taking our business of 200 + projects a year to a more professional and reliable lumber supplier. I would STRONGLY Recommend going with a different company for your lumber needs. I would recommend Conrad lumber or Sherwood lumber. Just think if they're willing to screw me over with no hesitation and I send them hundreds of thousands of dollars in business imagine what they will do to you.

On top of that I also needed to find a load of soil The 2 people in the office were the best. I was able to recycle, and dump concrete and get the soil all in 30 min and right next to each other just before closing time. They gave me a great price on the soil and I got the van back with 10 min to spare....Thank You
