Because your website clearly states that you offer 24/7 emergency services, I called expecting at the very least some level of urgency, compassion, or guidance. Instead, I was essentially told "good luck." When a pet owner is scared, desperate, and trying to get help for an animal in pain, that kind of response is incredibly unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy. If a hospital advertises emergency availability, there should be a reliable system in place to either provide care or direct pet owners to immediate help -- not dismiss them in one of the most stressful moments possible. I understand emergencies can be busy, but the total lack of concern for my dog's condition was unacceptable. No pet owner should be left feeling abandoned when their animal is sick and actively suffering. I see why there rating is so low! This place does not seem legit! Good luck Angelina County! What's worse is I was 10 minutes from the establishment and started heading that way once the person on the phone told me that they were talking to their supervisor about meeting me arrived on site and seeing people inside the building. And she told me basically good luck that they couldn't help me. If possible, I would leave a "0" star! After reading the other "0" stars I see an astonishing pattern here. They do not offer 24 hour service! Something needs to be done about this place. Like it needs to go out of business sooner than later.

I was able to get a same day appointment and when I arrived, they were prompt about getting me straight in at my appointment time with no waiting! They have a nice facility that was very clean and welcoming. Their staff was very pleasant and the doctor I saw, Dr. Liz Warren had impeccable bedside manner with the situation as well as the tech who assisted her. I would definitely come here again. I very much appreciated their willingness to help with my chicken when no one else would.

Dr Wood is very knowledgeable yet speaks in an easy to understand manner. He and his staff are kind, compassionate and very professional. *applauds* He made sure that I understood what had happened to my dog, the procedure that was needed, the possible complications and asked if I had any questions. He wasn't rushed and answered all my questions thoroughly. The quote was accurate. The follow up appointments went just as smoothly. It really doesn't get any better than this. The staff is always pleasant and professional, not only in their behavior, but in their appearance as well. Genuine smiles and clean/pressed scrubs. The office is immaculate, the furniture and fixtures are in good repair, the fish tank was perfectly clean. I was actually LOOKING for something wrong with this place and couldn't find anything. Then they text me at 4pm ish the day before to say that the Vet has an appointment with her Children the next afternoon and will not be able to make our appointment. I had already been told about the appointment with her children the next day that is why we scheduled the appointment for 2:30 before the appointment. So I guess the Vet decided that we were the last appointment so she should cancel it and then get off early. Meanwhile, My cat has a swollen paw and needs to bee seen. Oh we can drop her off and they put her in a cage until they get a minute to see to her. Doesn't matter if this is upsetting to her only if it is convenient for them and they get to leave early,,, So I guess caring about the patient doesnt count or how she will feel being stuck in a cage for however long it takes to finally get around to her. I thought that VET EMILY cared about her patients,, I guess I was wrong..
