She said in the small print online it says "a service fee may be applied". This wasn't a service fee, this was a product fee. She said I should have requested a consultation to ensure I knew the total price. I asked " I have to set up an appointment before my real appointment to know the full price?" She said I could have negotiated the fee while I was at my scheduled appointment. This makes no sense because I didn't know there would be a product fee, but even if I was told there was a product fee, what happens if we can't come to an agreement? Could I just walk out because we couldn't agree on the price and I wouldn't be charged for the 2 hour appointment? I doubt it! What a scam!
