I specifically asked for one I saw on the website. Tami stated that "it was the oldest and smallest but if that is what I wanted, that was fine". I said I did not see other sedans, only an SUV, which I did not want. She stated they were getting a newer one in soon. I told her that would be great. What picked up my daughter on her wedding day was a small crossover SUV. So plain and small, just an ordinary car. It was ridiculous. But of course, you are required to pre-pay the whole amount, so there is nothing you can do. The day after the wedding I emailed to express my disappointment. Tami asked what they could do to make it right. I requested a 50% refund. She agreed. I never got it, even though I have emailed two more times.

Tried to book a ride with Omega a while back and it was a bust. The responsiveness and quote were…read morepositive initially, but they weren't helpful when we needed a rear-facing car seat despite saying "we are set" for the car seat when I attempted to book. Our issue came just a few days before the trip. I had booked it and wanted to not worry, but instead I had this creeping feeling that they wouldn't have the right car seat. I had to write back to confirm our reservation, and again on the car seat I said it is for a 1 year old, needs to be rear facing. Right before the trip he writes back, "Oh i do not have rear facing" and... end communication. I wrote back "What kind of seat is it, is it convertible?" and he had dropped at that point. Not exactly reliable for something like an airport shuttle that makes their living on being reliable. Luckily I was able to find another one right before the trip. They might have been a notch more expensive but was 100% more professional and reliable.
