Just when you thought the parking couldn't get any worse, this month they added MORE no-parking…read moresigns against the only remaining fence where people could safely parallel park up front. This comes after they repeatedly reduced up-front parking quietly throughout all of last year, first by reserving two spots at the front for EMPLOYEES (why should paid employees park in front of customers???) and then later by blocking the corners and some of the fences from being parked on for no good reason. Up-front parking at the new location is now beyond unacceptable for a gym that costs $70 per month, and it's a huge betrayal to long-time members like myself who have been coming here for years and remember back when there was plenty of up-front parking at the old Brickhouse. Now we have to drive 5 minutes further past old Brickhouse and (if you park in the overflow lot which is RIDICULOUSLY far away) you walk another 5 mins to the gym so you waste an extra 20 minutes round trip for every gym day. That's an hour per week wasted if you workout 3x. Who decided this was a good choice for the new gym??? The inconvenient location and parking far outweigh the larger size of the gym, which btw still doesn't have enough barbells for all the racks and still has outdated equipment in disrepair. I have tried to be patient and give them time to work out their childish quibbles with ETV over the closer overflow parking lot, but I'm not sure how much longer I will wait before canceling for good. Shame on Brickhouse for choosing this location knowing that the parking would be terrible and then deliberately making the parking even worse!!!

A friend a mine wanted to do a fun event for a group of military women, mothers & wives so she found this place and we all made reservations to do the goat yoga. Many of the women have been deployed and deal with depression, ptsd and other aliments so this was to get them finally out the house. Due to no one's fault, the class was canceled due to bad weather. The friend who planned this event stated he had been in contact with this company about getting her refund so I contacted them and was told I would receive my refund as it was refunded the same day the class was cancelled, I believed them. I kept an eye on my account but didn't see anything so in between the few texts they responded to (see attached), they then said it should arrive soon, mind you it had at this point been over 10 days. Finally after calling and leaving messages, texting with no response, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I by no means am hurting for the money but there are women who are disabled who do rely on the money paid and they are hurting for every penny and has saved up for this class. No one in our group has been able ro get a refund or reach someone. I find this to be poor business practices and I will not recommend this place to anyone and I recommend any military affiliated personnel to avoid it as well. It's the principle at this point and I feel you've taken advantage of tons of women, all for a few hundred dollars.

I been attending Tuesday and Thursday dance party for the last two months and all that I can say is she is AMAZING!!! The energy level and moves she has us doing really leave me feeling better. My next goal is to start her boot camp so I can farther my goal. And I love it because its all woman ranging from different sizes. TAMBFITNESS is the place to be!!!
