So, today, Monday (one day later) I went there to pick up my order and they had dropped it from their system because evidentally I only have 36 hours to p/u an order or it gets dropped. By my calculations, since it wasn't ready till Sunday and I picked it up on Monday, I was within only 24 hours post email notification to pick up my order. NOBODY at that store was the least bit apologetic. I told them I still needed my order. A female let me in the 'sales' area. She said absolutely NOTHING. I expressed that I did not understand why this order was dropped. Again, she said nothing. After I paid she basically walked away. I asked her if she thought an apology was in order and she said "No, I'm not going to apologize." REALLY? She is a young person with a huge attitude, dressed inappropriately for the workplace, and total lack of professionalism. I will NEVER go to that location again. I suggest to EVERYBODY that you choose another business to give your money to. Don't use Lume!!!
