My girlfriend and I brought in our best friend for the first time and we were buying in bulk. My girlfriend went to buy some carts after picking out some wax from the store's brand. When I told my girlfriend that I didn't want to purchase Herbana brand Levitate for their carts because I have had them BREAK IN MY PENCIL CASE, Katie seemed to have an attitude and said "So you don't want to buy our brand?" and then when my girlfriend responded we had issues with them shattering she sarcastically responds "Well they are glass so if you drop them that happens"... Buy 10 grams of wax and half an oz and get treated poorly like we are incompetent for not liking their brand. Sorry we aren't interested in you upselling something that's not worth my money. Honestly when you are representing products like that, the ability to receive feedback from customers without being entirely condescending is appreciated. Left me really displeased with my visit. Thankfully I'll be leaving for the summer and can take a break from this place. Everyone else I have interacted with there has been very positive and fun to interact with. But my friend left upset by the experience and I regretted convincing us to stop. This experience alone is why I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5.

The Skymint Reserve in-house brand is a prime example of "quality over quantity." Its THC % are mostly listed in the low 20s even for Indicas, but the flowers are more beautiful / flavorful / euphoric than most flower listed in the 25-32% range. On the whole, Skymint has more of a boutique/corporate/high-end feel than most dispensaries, with fancier display cases and higher-quality (reusable) packaging than the other dispensaries I've visited in Ann Arbor.

I was then told I couldn't get the 30 percent discount because that was discontinued last night. Uhhh...wut? I was told I could have the daily 25 percent off special. I recommend avoiding this place. Shady as hell now. There are only a zillion other dispensaries in the area and they can't all be as bad as First Class.
