It's a shame too, because everyone else was really cool, but I spent 15 minutes showing them the problem with their website and got screwed in the end. I did not get confirmation that my order was ready until later on Sunday. So, today, Monday (one day later) I went there to pick up my order and they had dropped it from their system because evidentally I only have 36 hours to p/u an order or it gets dropped. By my calculations, since it wasn't ready till Sunday and I picked it up on Monday, I was within only 24 hours post email notification to pick up my order. NOBODY at that store was the least bit apologetic. I told them I still needed my order. A female let me in the 'sales' area. She said absolutely NOTHING. I expressed that I did not understand why this order was dropped. Again, she said nothing. After I paid she basically walked away. I asked her if she thought an apology was in order and she said "No, I'm not going to apologize." REALLY? She is a young person with a huge attitude, dressed inappropriately for the workplace, and total lack of professionalism. I will NEVER go to that location again. I suggest to EVERYBODY that you choose another business to give your money to. Don't use Lume!!!

I would say, "young Rohan, in exactly 40 years, I'll be returning to Ann Arbor to see a football game. Yes, I will one day graduate. And, I will go to this legal ganja dispensary and buy a gift for someone here. Legally." I imagine my younger self will say "Old Rohan, I'm worried that we got senile early." Anyway, it did happen, and this is a very nice place, it's the only place in all of Michigan where people are wearing masks and keeping a safe distance. I ordered ahead of time which made the transaction quick, though there really wouldn't have been a wait anyway. Open late, easy parking. Nice packaging. The usual prices. You know, I should also tell my younger self that in 1996 Northwestern would be the Big Ten champions and go to the Rose Bowl, that in 2016 Donald Trump would be elected President, and to invest in Monster Beverage Corp in 2002 to see if the Butterfly Effect is real.

The Skymint Reserve in-house brand is a prime example of "quality over quantity." Its THC % are mostly listed in the low 20s even for Indicas, but the flowers are more beautiful / flavorful / euphoric than most flower listed in the 25-32% range. On the whole, Skymint has more of a boutique/corporate/high-end feel than most dispensaries, with fancier display cases and higher-quality (reusable) packaging than the other dispensaries I've visited in Ann Arbor.

Tenders were super patient, probably the first 55 yr old "dispensary virgin" they'd met in awhile. I learned more about weed in 30 minutes than i'd accumulated in 30 years!
