I had mitigation work done from Paul Davis. Payment was sent DIRECTLY to the local Paul Davis shop of which I have a record of by State Farm. After calling back to figure out what was going on I was met with REPEATED threats and threats to my property from the general Manager. He stated I had 10 days before a lien would be put on my house. I informed him I was recording the conversation which I actually was and he called me a liar and said he did not care. He immediately changed and said the lien would be put on my house today/immediately as retribution for filing a complaint against him. This is unacceptable behavior and customer service . Sadly the work completed by the actual staff was good and timely however on this interaction alone I would never recommend Paul Davis to anyone. There are plenty of mitigation companies to use. Take this with a grain of salt. Don't use them if you don't want to be treated like shit.

They worked for 4.5 hours. They vacuumed the rodent droppings, removed the old stove as requested, found mold in the kitchen, and stopped at that point. They have not returned. 25 emails later, Sunny refuses to return saying they cleaned...see the photos to show what that means. As you see, there are piles of crusted on droppings, unwiped (let alone cleaned) surfaces, walls, floors. They didnt touch the entrance. There are 40 photos in total taken this week of the disgusting state they left our home in. They ripped me off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; they did not do as listed in the contract and now refuse to finish up or refund us.

They setup a ridiculous amount of equipment for a small leak. Just minimal monitoring, no other work. When asked to remove the equipment, they said that they would send someone out, but no one would show up. After repeated calls, they finally sent someone out about a week later. To my surprise, got billed for nearly $4000 for work that was never performed. On top of that, they repeatedly sent overdue payment notices and stated that a lien would be placed on the property and interest would be charged if I didn't pay.
