Not professional or has good work ethics. BEWARE! Takes your money and does bare minimum to pass inspection. Left our walls half painted and just painted trims in order to pass inspection. When brought to his attention, he got defensive and said he did his job. He made alot of threats regarding our tenants, very unprofessional. He blocks your number when he knows you are onto him and sends messages to you to other people's phone, very immature and mentally unstable. I don't know who would pay thousands of dollars for half painted walls but ok. Good luck on running a successful business with that mentality. If you don't believe me, read the previous reviews. This is a criminal on the run. Very disappointing. My father paid him his last dollar to do a job that was incomplete. I don't know of anyone who would pay their last dollar for a service and agree to pay another person to finish it later. My father was preparing for heart surgery at the time of the project. Majiyd took advantage of this. My dad passed away from surgery. He's not here to say what was agreed on but I know he wouldn't agree on an unfinished job. We have invoices that states what services were paid for. Make it make sense please! Instead of trying to help the situation, Majiyd has gotten defensive and has blocked communication. If you know you did the right thing, why block an individual from contacting you? Noone disrespected him for him to do such a thing. On top of this, the department of health has not received any paper work from Majiyd stating he has done any work. Once again we have to finish HIS job. He has problems with people exposing him, but had he left an open communication and had been reasonable, we wouldn't have to come on here to warn anyone. Talk about the biggest crook I have ever met. I don't remember where I got his name from but I wish I had never met him. I called up and spoke to Majid, he sounded as if he was ready to work on my jobs (3 asbestos reports). He needed a retainer on each which I forwarded to him. He may have shown up at one job, lied about appointments on the other two. Client called me because he did not show and when I called him he claimed he was sick and could I please forward him some more money. I believed him and stupidly forwarded some more money. He claimed the first ACP5 was ready to issue and asked for $500 for the Investigator. That was the first I heard that he was not the Investigator. He stole $2,700.00 from me, delayed me for three weeks and I still have nothing to show for it. Had he ever been a legitimate business we could have worked together on many projects. He deserves to be in jail. How about negative 5 stars. read more

SCAM!!!! Stay away. It's unclear how there are any positive reviews for this company. I had misgivings about the owner, Majid, as he seemed desperate and wanted us to pay him before he even step foot on the property but needed the inspection done immediately and he's a good talker so I provided the funds. Hours after the appointment passed and we received no call he finally picks up my call and claims he was in a "car accident." After numerous apologies and claiming he wants to work i took pity on him as he indicated he has a lot of bills and wanted to work. He supposidly did the inspection and said we need to pay again for him to collect samples. Unclear why he couldn't do it during the first visit; but ok. I thought we had an understanding and anyone can have an off day. Once again, his talking fooled me. We scheduled another appointment to take the samples where he once again insisted on us paying up front and once again didn't care to call or didn't show up. Once again he talked his way out of it saying the next day " better for him." Finally, the next day he rescheduled the appointment forcing our sellers an agent to change their plans at accommodate and doesnt even call or show up for the 3rd time. He then tells me that he overslept and that he never made the appointment. How can you oversleep for an appointment you never made? Insanely, after firing him he insist he is going to the property anyway. This has cost us more time, money and aggravation then called for and we never got the work done. I can't say enough great things about Majid! I had a last minute emergency where I needed to get my basement air sampled immediately and Majid was at my door stop that same evening (even after running into car troubles!) to inform me, educate me, and perform emergency air sampling and hard sampling to rule out asbestos. He walked me through the whole process and after completing the treatment, expedited my samples to be tested by the lab immediately after leaving my home! When Majid says 24/7 he truly means it! I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge and kindness and am extremely satisfied with his services. Will be using him for any of my future environmental home related concerns for sure!! Asap is true to it's name with it's more than stellar service. I was in sort of a pickle when I found Asap Environmental Consultants. I needed testing and results immediately. I shopped around, and compared pricing. Mr. Majid and I negotiated he exceeded the price match comfortably. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field. He took the time out to educate me on the process with patience given my lack of experience. Needless to say we hired Mr. Majid and he took samples the same day. I took advantage of Mr. Majid's expediting package and got my results in less than a week.
