Next testing, did not fall for the "trained by" listings and hired an owner that found it all, because he spotted the things that were there all along. It would have been nice to know then instead of waiting.... Plus there is no savings in hiring a "trained by" because the charges are the same. Could use that wasted cash for the present cleanup.
