I just got a call to renew my service. Really? Be forewarned. Try another service. No complaints with the technicians who came out. They were sympathetic and kind and confirmed that I had legitimate reasons to complain, but they couldn't do anything about it. I was told to contact TrueGreen - FYI, when you sign on, you agree to auto-renewal unless you cancel. I was sure to cancel my services, yet they continue to call asking when they can come out again.
