This place is horrible. I want to say you should not pay over $25 dollars for a broker fee. They charge you based on if they thing you have money. They take advantage of the person's lack of knowledge in dealing with insurance. If you drive a nicer car like a Mercedes-Benz, Lexus or any car like that they will grossly over charge you. As a former worker for the company this is how they trained us. They mentality is "If they have the money for that kind of car they have the money to pay!" They are also taking advantage of the community they say they identify with. If you think because you drive a modest get and are on a budget that you are safe thinks again. Once again the mentality is "They don't know what they should be charged, so see how much you get out of them." This is how they train their agents at all locations.
