Within 5 minutes after it was installed it, it completely collapsed. One of the 2 fans that power it was broken and it took them a few hours to come back and fix it. And it was dirty and had a dead frog in the slide! Because they had the largest slide rental we gave them another shot. This year 3 of the stairs were ripped and you could not get up the stair cave. It was covered in grass and mud! It was also leaking water from the top where they attached the hose. We are currently trying to fix it because their repair guy is away and won't be back till next week to fix it. They did not have a comparable slide to replace it so we have to keep it as is, and were only offered a $50 discount for a $1000 slip & slide!

My only complaint was the condition of the tables, they were a little beat- but nothing a table cloth can't fix! On one occasion where the vacuum was acting up after service, I called (yeah makes sense to call, not sure how this is not common sense) they told me to bring it right in, I did, after I replicated the issue they replaced the part right there and that was it, took it home same day! I was looking for a place to fix my vacuum which no longer had the ability to "suck" up anything. So I brought it here. Service was quick. I dropped off my machine and in 3 days got a phone call with an explanation and what was done to repair it. Most people may have at that point gotten a new vacuum but I got this all done for a very reasonable price. The brush and belt were changed and voila I have something that is like new. They are situated in kind of a residential part of town. You'd think you're going the wrong way or that the address had changed but fear not. Park there. They are open M-F from 8 until 4. No one answers the phones on the weekends. They do take credit cards. I don't have experience with their actual janitorial supplies but their work on fixing my vacuum was superb.
