I have used As Good As It Gets several times on my clients' homes... each time I've been absolutely blown away by their customer service, responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Yesterday, after rescheduling several times due to this crazy 'atmospheric river' we've experienced in San Diego, they arrived as the last rain drop fell.... and just in time to enjoy a brilliantly clear and beautiful sunset! I was referred to 'As Good as it Gets' by a neighbor who has successfully used them for years. We just had our windows cleaned by them yesterday and I must say the name is spot-on. I've had my windows professionally cleaned by several companies over the years and have had a lot of good experiences. Still, none were as good as owner Jasen and his son Preston. Jasen did the inside and was very precise and neat throughout, never dripping water/cleaner and getting each window just right. I told Jasen I have terrible luck doing my own windows and as he worked he offered tips on how to avoid streaks and other issues. At the same time, his son Preston worked on the outside windows and dealt with some of the extra challenges such as grease on the window by our grill. The windows turned out great and my only regret is not calling them sooner! read more

We got the contact information from the company I work I for and now also get our windows cleaned by 'As good as it gets'. They offer competitive pricing and do a great job! All windows and frames are perfectly clean without any hassle on our end having to move furniture, clean anything after, etc. We highly recommend 'As good as it gets' and will certainly continue enjoying their services. read more

I selected this company because it is family owned and I feel that those kind of companies are usually extremely reliable as they are representing their family too. I had booked the window washing 2 months in advanced and answered all the required questions about location and type of property. The day before I received a time frame of 4 to 4:30. I was surprised to receive a phone call at 4:56 on the day of the cleaning from the window cleaner saying he was declining the project! He had even been in the complex and said he could not find my condo though it is a small complex and I had given the easy instructions. I feel he had probably worked hard all day and just didn't want to do another job. One thing I will say is his wife called in the evening. I would suggest that if you use this company you get an appointment early in the day. read more

He gave us 3 different options based on our needs and he was able to work with us a bit on our needs / pricing so we booked him a week after our discussion. Even though I spoke to Jeremy about the process, I realized I was still naive about the work being done because when Kyle came on time on our scheduled day, I was surprised to see him pulling a huge tank full of water on a trailer flatbed with all these hoses and gadgets. I just assumed he'd hook up to our water house but it made sense once I started to see the tools he needed. Kyle immediately went to work and we watched from the inside as waves of sludge came pouring off the roof. It has been 22 years since this house was built and we've managed to maintain every other part of the house but I never thought about the crud that would accumulate up there. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.

I have been using Jasen with As Good As It Gets as long as I've been managing property, over 10 years now! This is a family-owned and operated company, and they genuinely care about their customers. I have not once received a complaint from any property owner or tenant. Our company manages over 500 properties, and we only use As Good As It Gets for window cleaning. Jasen will take the time to let us know of any broken screens he comes across, issues with windows locking, etc., whereas most other vendors wouldn't even waste their time with relaying that type of information. I should also note I use Jasen on my own homes as well. Their pricing is always reasonable, fair, and consistent! Adina will do her very best with scheduling and try to work within time constraints. Jasen Forsberg has been cleaning our windows for over 20 years. He does a fantastic job and is a very fast worker. Often, if he sees a screens that are down, he will put them back for me. Last time that he visited us, my window shutters were in disrepair. He fixed them for no charge. Jasen has never price gouged us. He has stayed with his price for cleaning our Ranch Santa Fe home in the Bridges for 16 years.
