I have to give you all a back story before I get into my review:…read more When I lived in Arlington, I came here for regular check ups and such. Until one morning my leg was hurting really bad. I went in for a morning appointment the next day and Dr. Hale told me it is odd that a 25 year old man would have this but he said I had a blood clot. I just got back from Europe and on top of that I just started a new job were I had to drive an hour one way. He said a lot of non-movement can do this but it is rare in young adults. He told me to go to the ER right away. I went practically next door to the ER of the Arlington Memorial (I think) and once I got in the doctor told me that if I would have waited 1 more day, I wouldn't have woken up. I could have been dead. I owe Dr. Hale for telling me to go to the ER at that moment. They were able to have me stay in the hospital for a few days all medicated up and I left a few days later. Now that was 5 years ago. I went back yesterday, because I had a bad pain in my back for picking up my son off the floor. He remembered me from what happened before and he told me that they can run a new test on my blood that can detect if a blood clot can happen again as far as history and what-not. Most doctors probably would not have even mentioned it. Anyway he gave me pain medication for my back and asked me to call him is I don't feel better in a week or so. I forgot to tell you that I live in Valley Ranch, which means I had to drive an hour there and an hour back because of all the accidents on the highway. But, for a doctor to not only save my life ( to a certain extent) but to give me info on another blood test that can help predict if this would happen again is amazing. Its a really small office and the people that work there are super nice. I would like to thank all of them for the continued amazing service. I will be back if any ting else comes up. He is worth the trip even if you don't live in the area. MZ

Then I hear from her, "Good Morning Ms. Gayle, how are you?", Next is Vicki who always says the same thing. I think you others are all drunk or just poopy people. I really liked Dr Theresa Stretch and the people in the lab. My issues are with the person that answers the phone, the people working the front desk, the person in charge of referrals and the medical assistant; they are all incompetent and uncaring. I waited two weeks before calling about my referral and I was given a name and number of a doctor that did not exist at that practice and they did not have my name on their referral list. I found another doctor and her staff sent my release of information and it took almost 2 weeks, numerous phone calls, unanswered messages, and finally getting Dr Stretch involved before the information was sent to my new doctor. Do not go there ever!!

He is a general practitioner, so he will send you to specialists to help with anything that is beyond his realm of expertise. His manner is friendly, courteous, and social. There are times that we talk for several minutes just about "life." But also understand that he "pulls no punches" and he tells you straight up what is going on with you and your health with straightforward speech. I appreciate that. His staff have always been friendly to me, and I really like Amber Kerbow, his PA. She is top notch as well.

Especially since one of my reasons for coming was covering postpartum anxiety and depression I felt absolutely terrible leaving this place and broke down in tears feeling defeated for trying to get help for myself so I can be a better healthier person / mom mustering up the courage to get help is hard enough to do alone then to chew me out because I brought my kid at the end of my appointment was so distasteful I felt even worse than before walking in.

I was able to get back-to-back appointment times for my husband and I to be seen on the same day; we were also seen together. Dr Okolo was very patient with us as we answered her questions and provided the latest test results from Kaiser Permanente's app. It was also very easy to get refills on current medications I had run out of before our next follow-up appointment, which she easily scheduled with us.
