The same gentleman has served me each time. He will greet you with a smile but that is where the service stops. The bag he offers barely holds a sandwich. Considering wine and beer bottles come in free boxes, don't you think it would benefit you to offer to pack your customers' purchase in one? It's obviously TOO MUCH EFFORT for him to do so. He's actions or lack of supercedes his words! I realize we are required to bring bags everywhere now, but sometimes a little effort would be nice. BTW I was the only customer in the store. No lines, and an empty parking lot. Liquor Mart and Deli will be getting my business from now on!

I have visited Bay Ridge Wine & Spirits several times, and unfortunately my experiences with the…read moremanager, Cindy, have consistently been disappointing. While the cashiers are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, Cindy's demeanor comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I inquired about a particular wine. Cindy appeared reluctant to assist and seemed inconvenienced by my request. Although she eventually located the item, her attitude made me feel as though I was bothering her simply by asking for assistance. Customer service is a major factor in where I choose to shop, and a welcoming atmosphere encourages customers to return. Unfortunately, Cindy's attitude has had the opposite effect. The cashiers create a positive experience, but the manager's consistently cold and unapproachable demeanor leaves a negative impression. I would honestly rather drive 10 miles out of my way to shop elsewhere than deal with the unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude I have experienced during my visits.
