The situation escalated unnecessarily when another customer started making disrespectful comments toward me, and instead of stepping in, the cashier argued back and forth with me. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Whether it was poor policy enforcement or something else, it didn't sit right. At the very least, staff should know how to handle situations respectfully and consistently. Definitely won't be coming back.

The store was already closed at that time so we went back on Monday when they were open. I had the receipt and the card we used to purchase it and they told me that there was no way to tell if they had the bottle or I took it home because they don't keep inventory like that. You don't keep inventory of hundred dollar bottles of champagne? That's insane! These people are crooks who stole from me.
