From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, and Mike asked what we were looking for. He showed us a wood sleigh bed, and we tested a nice foam mattress. The price was right, and a very reasonable delivery/setup charge was well worth it. The 2 delivery men were prompt ,arriving in the delivery window and extremely respectful to us and our home. It took only a few minutes to assemble, and they wanted me to verify the installation and see if it was where we wanted it to set. We are very happy with all aspects of the operation.

We received the wrong mattress! While setting up the mechanical frame the delivery men discovered a missing bolt. Phone calls ensued with no result other than not filling this delivery. My husband found a bolt in his tool box and the delivery men finished the installation. After they left we discovered the mattress on the bed was NOT what we purchased. Immediately we called the store. The store personnel agreed it was the wrong mattress. Our old mattress was taken away, that was fine. The store indicated we could use the delivered mattress for now. Since they only deliver 2 days a week we are waiting for 1. A confirmed call back from the store with a delivery date and 2. Still waiting for this call back days later. At this point we will dispute the over $2,000.00 charge on our credit card, write letters to mattress warehouse and Sealy corporate offices. It's obvious this dealer has a vendor that cannot DELIVER the product correctly. Why are they still contracting with this delivery company? We will never purchase another mattress from this mattress warehouse store in Easton

She then went on to explain that we would have to wait until the 22nd for delivery. She also did not explain why we didn't receive a call that the mattress would not be available ...when in fact we received a call for delivery confirmation   I'm actually more upset about her tone and attitude than I am having to sleep on the floor for a week. She was very matter of fact, rude and apathetic. This manager was very inconsiderate and unprofessional    Spend your money at a place that will respect you as a human as much as they will respect your dollar.
