She took us straight to the Twin XL section and pulled out several mattresses for us to try. After narrowing it down, we asked about pricing on one of the beds, and it came in right where we wanted to be. However, she noticed it wouldn't arrive in the timeframe we needed, so she immediately found another option that would work and it ended up being another great deal. By the time we left, we felt very well taken care of. We purchased two Twin XL mattresses, mattress protectors, and even received two free bed frames thanks to a special they were running. I take sleep VERY seriously and appreciate the system they have to narrow down their selections. Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

I'm unsure of the name of the sales rep (older male) that assisted us but we visited the store around 7:30pm on 11/29/23. We were the only customers in the store and was barely greeted. It took a while for the sales rep to even get up from his desk to assist us. While inquiring on the different types of mattresses in hopes of finding one to fit our comfort, the sales rep seemed very irritable as he was short and unconvincing naming the highest price for every mattress we inquired in my opinion, assuming we wouldn't be able to afford it. Not once did he express interest or offer his suggestion on what he think would be the best fit for us. His entire demeanor was unwelcoming and we immediately felt judged due to the fact that my husband and I are young adults however, our general manner and the way we present and carry ourselves is beyond the stereotype therefore, you simply shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I understand it was an hour and a half before closing time, but that shouldn't have impacted our experience. Googled and found Mattress Mike which was near me and didn't know existed. Took a chance and decided to drop by in person to see what was available which was on a Saturday. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!
