Did an excellent job fixing a bathroom floor that had some water damage in our rental home. Jaime…read morecommunicated well throughout the process and sent photos of the multiple steps of the project. They did a quality job at a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

If I could give a zero star, I would. We entered into a Remodeling Agreement on June 8, 2026, which…read morewas signed at our property. We never visited the company's store location, as the Jamie, the owner, agreed to travel to our property to discuss the project and execute the agreement. After deciding to cancel the project, we submitted our cancellation request 21 days later, and the company acknowledged receipt of our cancellation dated June 25, 2026. Since that time, we have repeatedly requested updates regarding our refund and the status of our cancellation. Despite our continued efforts to communicate, we have not received a clear timeline or meaningful updates. The ongoing delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating and have caused unnecessary emotional stress. Jaime still has still to date not provided any documentation showing that a door or any other materials were purchased on our behalf, despite our many requests. We are deeply disappointed by the company's lack of communication, failure to complete any work, and poor customer service. I would steer clear from anyone wanting to do business with Jaime and his, so called business. Lastly, he will dispute that there is a policy in his agreement and indeed there is none. Here is how the agreement outlines: No provision stating that refunds take 60-90 days. In particular: Page 1 covers: Scope of Work Time/Substantial Completion Payments Change Orders Delays Punch List Warranty There is no refund timeline in these sections. Page 2 covers: Warranty details Dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration) Risk of Loss Assignment Page 3 is the Washington State contractor disclosure statement. It discusses: Contractor registration Bond information Liens Lien releases It also does not mention any refund policy or refund processing timeframe. One thing to check

In April of 2017, we spent almost $10,000 on a custom shower by Matt Vyverberg (proclaimed owner of…read morePrestige Tile & Stone). This was a major investment for us and we thought we had done all our due diligence. Unfortunately, Matt was very convincing and charismatic and we thought we were in great hands. He bragged that in over 22 years, he had never had a shower fail or leak!! During the installation, I was surprised by how messy and inconsiderate he and his crew were. I even talked with him a couple of times about the level of mess he left each day. At one point he or crew member broke an antique Limoges tea cups (inherited from my Grandmother). Matt was rather condescending and totally unapologetic about it. He offered nothing to reimburse us for the loss. Fast forward 2 years, our $10,000 shower is leaking into our family room. In good faith I called him, hoping he would be a professional and take action to make things right. Matt claimed he could find no record that he installed the shower. Thankfully, I had the bid and invoices. Once I provided the invoices, he went black ops and disappeared. He must have saved my number, because from then forward when I called, it went straight to voice mail. So I called him from a different number and he picked up immediately. He went straight to "it's out of warranty". After a little discussion he claimed he would come take a look at it... Again, when called to follow, up straight to voice mail. So, I called from another number... He picked up immediately! This time he was abusive, argumentative, rude, defensive and hung up. I have never written a negative review about anyone or any company before. However, this time I felt the need to share my horrible experience with Prestige Tile & Stone. If you want to spend $10K on a shower, only to have to spend over that amount 2 years later, to fix the failing mud pan and damage done to your home from the failure... go no further Matt is your man! If you want to work with a professional with any level of integrity and the grit to really put their name on their work ( which means that in 2 years when it fails don't get nasty and say its out of warranty too bad so sad) keep looking and do not give him the time of your day or money!

For my money Prestige has the most reasonable rates. I just had tile replaced on a bathroom floor and as always, the work was well done and timely. (this is the third time I have used them) A tile cracked after a week near the base of the toilet, but it was replaced immediately for no charge. The work is guaranteed.
