What an amazing gem of a store. Popped in here only very quickly to pick up an arrangement for my grandma, and it is just a luscious and delightful store. With more time, I would have engaged more with the staff (who all seem friendly) and designed something. Floral eye candy all around. I stopped on a whim and just browsed around. So much tucked in the nooks and crannies. Clearly their forte is fresh floral arrangements (that I took NO pictures of). We were tremendously dissappointed. We asked for help and the person came over and was negative about most things. He told us he couldnt order-in certain foilage we desired from his suppliers. He told us he had one choice for a tropical stem we wanted. When asked about what size pot we would need for our selection, he didnt answer ...until eventually he decided he would go fetch a tape measure to tell me what size pot to get. Thankfully we havent had this type of (poor) customer service in years. Needless to say, stay away. read more

I do not know if your company uses a third party delivery service, but the delivery person who arrived at RBC Gateway was very rude, and had a very negative attitude. When told the delivery procedure, he became very combative and challenging. If you're a guy like me who dreads every year trying to figure out what to get your mom for her birthday, then this place is the answer. I went to their website and clicked on gallery and then 'Out of the Ordinary'. I called and asked them to try and match the tenth photo from the left as they don't name their arrangements. Before I had them delivered to my mother, I asked them to send me a photo of the arrangement. WOW!!!!! Truly an amazing arrangement and it was just as spectacular as the photo I had seen on their website. My mother later called me and was totally blown away as she had never received anything so gorgeous.
