Where do I begin! I had Brittany Do a hair trial for my wedding back in April 2021. She was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. I have very thin hair and I wasnt sure my style that I wanted would go well with how thin my hair was. Brittany was fast and knew exactly what I wanted and put my vision together. She did recommended hair extensions to make my hair fuller. (Which she colored matched since I've never colored my hair) I booked her and paid in full since I loved her work! I also asked her to do All Up-do's for my wedding party and everyone's hair to be up since mine was down. I did have a few woman in my wedding party who were a bit upset that they couldn't wear thier hair down. Brittany was on top of these woman and made sure my wishes were meet and kept her composer and had my back! She arrived on time with the wedding being an hr and 30 min away and she even had time to do my sister in law and my God daughter hair. Which was a total of 8 woman! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in to see a lash stylist named Britney today and let me tell you... worst experience I think I've ever had. First she gave me a huge gap in my lashes from ripping a chunk of my lashes out, then when I try to get it fixed she tells me that I need to pay an extra $30 to fix it. Seriously?!? How horrible is her customer/clientele?? No wonder she needs to go on Facebook to try to get customers. Unbelievable!! Will never be coming back because she ruined the experience for me! read more

Not good with lashes. High prices but shitty quality. I just recently switched from Brittney to a better lash person. My lashes lasted 3 weeks with the person I'm with rn and 1-2 weeks with Brittney. If you're looking for full thick lashes I would say go on IG to private lash person or message me for better quality lashes instead of going to a salon. The person I'm with rn, charged me $85 for full set and she did a foreign fill from Brittneys work. Came out volume and exactly what I wanted. I asked Brittney for a cat eye look and instead i came out looking like a tarantula. My current lash artist said it was no where near a cat eye. Although, Brittney was good with hair, she wasn't the best with lashes. Quality vs quantity any day!!!! :) read more

This is the poor tape in extension installation that Morgan P. Of this salon did in my daughter's hair in April for my daughter's 21st birthday and her 1st experience with extensions. Not only was Morgan panicking that the hair had not arrived near the time of our appoint. she was upset when we told her finally that we were frustrated about her constant tardiness. Huge risk waiting for extension to arrive the day of the appointment for many reasons. Stylists know this too. She treated both my daughter and myself unprofessionally during this entire process and then forgot to install hair on the left side of my daughter's hair, see picture. When we left the salon the hair was curled so you could not tell it was missing. It was 2 days later, after the first wash, where you could see the lack of placement. We immediately notified the stylist and the owner. Both have refused to take responsibility for the poor job and after many attempts to work this out amicably. My daughter has made the best of it by pinning it back, but she can only wear it a certain way. This was an expensive investment and a very disappointing experience. We will be pursuing in Small claims Placer county. Wish us luck. read more

I went in to this salon ahead of time to talk with the stylist to explain how i wanted my highlights done. I have tried another salon a few weeks before and my brown hair came out completely blonde with orange on the top. I had that salon add a lot of brown highlights and started over with Ashley at this salon. After speaking to her she seemed to understand the "frosted look" i was going for, so I made an appt. Well.... I am here to inform you that after a couple hours of highlights, what she felt was a "better" cut to repair what had been previously done (I was fine with the cut) and a few hundred $$$ later, my hair came out all blonde blended.. not brown with blonde streaks!!! She even made the comment, "it's blended, just like you wanted it!!!" I said it is exactly what i didn't want, paid and left. Needless to say I will never return to this salon. Avoid at all costs!! read more

Natalie is a fantastic stylist. Here is why: 1) She is brimming with joy and passion regarding what she does. It's like a therapy session while getting your hair cut. 2) I give her very vague instructions (e.g. I want to be able to look like I would be invited to a red carpet event but not too coiffed to be one of the guys) and she exceeds expectations every time. 3) She does my wife's hair who, though I love her dearly, knows what she doesn't want after the fact. I have been going to this salon since it opened last year. Natalie has been doing my hair for about 10 years without one complaint. She is realistic about what she can, can't, and what is healthy for my hair to do. I love her artistic flavor and positive energy, her professionalism, and her willingness to make your hair right if you didn't quite love the outcome (never had to take her up on this). I would recommend her and her salon to anyone who loves to let the artist have a little freedom to play with your hair. I have been getting my lashes done by Morgan for almost a year now. My sessions are comfortable, personal, and convenient. Morgan has always listened to what my concerns are for the different lashes and then made suggestions to make my ideas even better. She truly listens and knows her field through and through. She is professional and works hard to give the customer what they want. If the look is not achievable she is realistic and tries to give options. I appreciate her ability to be transparent. The salon atmosphere is creative and full of positive energy. My hair is the healthiest and strongest it has been my whole life, and I constantly get compliments on my color. I have been bleaching my hair since I was 15, and I never thought I would have the hair I have today. The color is bright and beautiful, and my hair is so shiny!
