Her studio is located in the back center of the building past the "drink station". It took her about 10 min to apply the tint, and another 20 min to wait to have it set. She does take walk ins :) but its only her, so if she's with a client, you'll have to wait outside. She usually places a door hanger so that you know she's in there with someone. There's a lounge with a TV seating and coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate that the building offers while you wait. Cute area all together.

They took the time to help me try on several outfits and made me feel completely comfortable, even as someone who is not familiar with Punjabi clothing. When I finally found an outfit that I absolutely loved, it was a little outside of my budget. After already spending over $200 on the outfit that never arrived, I was feeling discouraged. Geet was so understanding and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget without sacrificing quality or style. What truly amazed me was that they rushed the alterations for me, helped me pick out perfectly matching jewelry, and had everything completed earlier than expected. When I came back to pick it up, the outfit fit PERFECTLY. The alterations were flawless--you honestly cannot even tell it was altered. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at any clothing store. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful situation into an amazing experience. She even designed a new bindi for me on the spot by combining two of them together (took the beading jewel off of one bindi to add to a pink plain bindi that matched my outfit). She's friendly and she's responsive.
