So many great gifts and items! I could have shopped there for hours if I hadn't had somewhere to be! Now into the hair. I showed the stylist (unfortunately I forget her name) a couple hairstyles and told her to run with that vibe. She did such an amazing job! I felt so pretty when I left the salon! *I also forgot to mention that the salon mis-scheduled me and rather than cancelling, they worked to find a stylist to come in and do my hair! Superior customer service. The price was more than reasonable and I will definitely be back for next event I go to!

Kayla was my aesthetician and she was fantastic. I loved how she explained everything in detail, was able to answer any questions, and was gentle during all stages of the Hydrating Facial. I do not think I can choose a favorite part of the facial, as each stage was perfectly different, smelled amazing, and had so many benefits. My face was glowing when I left. The medical spa as a whole was such a vibe. The music, the decor, the cleanliness, the employees, and the scent all made me feel extremely welcomed. I think it's safe to say, I will be recommending fillir to everyone!

WOW! My first facial experience was AMAZING!…read more Kayla, the aesthetician, was extremely kind and knowledge. She immediately outlined the process, introduced me to the tools/products, and made me feel comfortable. I had several questions that she was able to answer with ease, which was super helpful to a skin amateur like me. She was gentle, and the process was very enjoyable, especially the face mask with the cold rollers! I chose to add dermaplaning to my facial, and I was very glad I did afterward. My face is smoother than it has ever been! I inquired about a few of the products they used, and Kayla was able to give me a sample, so I can try them at home before investing in the products themselves. This experience was fabulous from beginning to end, so I am hoping to visit a few more time before my wedding!

I've been a client of the medical "concierge" practice for years, but it has increasingly focused…read moreon upselling and aesthetics. The medical meetings are rushed, and there is usually an upsell. When I tried to book an appointment, I was told it was four weeks away. I pay monthly for the medical concierge services. But when I mentioned this, the response was, "I have a waiting list. Maybe it's time to part ways." I don't use the aesthetics side much; I felt like I must not have been generating enough $ to warrant medical help. Aesthetically, they don't disclose prices, and they change from what they tell you the first time to what they charge when you check out. They also charge for the "convenience" of getting the product there rather than from the pharmacy, but charge 3x the amount for it. Good luck to those on the waitlist -- hopefully, they don't have any serious health issues.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally…read morescheduled a consultation, not a treatment. I had laser hair removal done at this place over two years ago with a different aesthetician at their other location, but I didn't feel like I saw the results I was hoping for. During my consultation, I explained that to the new aesthetician. Instead of performing a consultation with a small test spot, she offered to do a complimentary full treatment that day at no charge. Looking back, I don't think that was the appropriate approach. The purpose of a consultation and test spot is to see how your skin reacts before treating an entire area. If there is an adverse reaction, it is limited to one small area rather than your entire face. She also told me she was increasing the laser setting because the previous treatments had been done on a lower setting. In my opinion, increasing the setting significantly after such a long break without first doing a test spot was not appropriate. She then treated my entire face twice with the laser instead of just doing it one time. Within two days, my face became severely swollen, inflamed, and covered in painful bumps. The reaction became so severe that I had to go to the emergency room, where I was diagnosed with folliculitis and prescribed medication. I informed the aesthetician about what happened, I was told that some patients can experience reactions after laser treatments. While I understand that mild reactions can happen, I do not believe the severity of what I experienced is a normal outcome. This experience has caused me significant emotional distress as well as additional financial expenses from my emergency room visit and medications. I am trying to heal my skin at the moment, however I am now worried about the possibility of scarring and hyperpigmentation being left. I truly believe this situation could have been avoided if a proper consultation had been performed, including a test spot, rather than proceeding with a full-face treatment using increased laser settings after I had not received treatment for over two years. As well as not going over my face two times with the laser machine. I hope this review encourages the business to re-evaluate its consultation process and take extra precautions so that future clients do not have to go through a similar experience.

My wedding was within two weeks, and although the staff reassured me everything would be fine I felt otherwise and decided to wait until after the wedding, I'm so glad that I did. My appointment itself went horribly. I bled like crazy, and felt very lightheaded. I explained to the practitioner that I wasn't looking for cosmetic results and more so just for migraine prevention. She used so much Botox that my forehead completely changed shape, and I had a scow. My face looked angry, and so was I. I swore I would never get Botox again based off of my first experience, then realized that it was just this place that did a horrible job. The next place I went to listened to my requests and I couldn't have been happier (I'm telling you this so you don't think I just had a bad reaction) do not go here for Botox!
