Honestly, from beginning to end , I have never felt so pampered! This was the hydra facial and I consider it my favorite so far. They probably wanted out early for the holiday weekend. Very rigid. Someone named Kathy was nice and may have been the same person who scheduled me. They acted like I could just come back whenever as if I don't work and have an open calendar. Total waste but glad I didn't get involved with them after all. Another place was able to get me in the same day. Not surprised ratings are low. They don't seem to care about clients or potential clients.
