The hygienist told me I needed Xrays. I told her I already had them for the year. she said "no", you're due. Of course Delta Dental refused to pay because in fact I had already had them. Apparently the office must have lost them in the transition. Not my problem. I've called three times asking for justification and there's no one to talk to. I told them I'm not paying for their error, but the charge still remains on my bill.

I ended up paying $9,000 to repair the damage and another $7,000 to replace the bridge elsewhere. This has caused me not only financial strain but significant pain and stress. In my experience, the quality of care did not meet the standards I expected for such a major and costly procedure. I believe this place should function as a basic dental office--not one performing complex implant work. I would not recommend them for major restorative procedures.

I had an implant and a crown procedure done, but it did not look or feel right. After work was done on the crown, the tooth above it began to stagger, and the implant broke in less than 6 months. I made several attempts to speak to the dentist, either the staff did not pass the message, or the dentist was ignoring the requests. Eventually I spoke with her, she stated that the procedure was done correctly, and she offered lab use to my new dentist to repair the work. But previously this lab did very poor job. I received zero compensation for a procedure that cost $3000 and lasted less than half a year.

I've always wanted to move down south to be with family and I gotta say the one thing slowing me down is the thought of leaving these guys for a new dental office. Mastrostefano is a nice guy and very funny and as careful as he can be not to hurt you even on the worst fillings. They remember everything important about you and make you smile even when you've got an open mouth full of equipment. Most importantly, they are honest and won't fill a cavity just to squeeze money out of you if it's a beginner and doesn't need to be filled. Even though I moved an hour away I still come here because there's no one better. Today I came in for a cleaning appointment that was apparently scheduled for another day (my fault) and they squeezed me in anyway! Yelp is kind of a weird place to look for a dentist but I hope if you're reading this you give them a call.

So it was time for me to go back because I knew I needed a dental cleaning. I asked a coworker who she went to and she recommended Dr. Matrullo. I booked an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised that they are literally 1 mile from my home. Walking into the office I found it very visually beautiful. Upon check-in I did the necessary paperwork and after that I was greeted by a wonderful hygienist named Tara. She took X-rays and then started to gently scrape my teeth. She always asked if I felt any pai, which I didn't. Once the cleaning was done, the younger son, Dr. Matrullo came in to asses my fillings to make sure they were all intact. He asked if I had any concerns and I said yes, I don't like the overcrowding of my teeth since I had braces years ago. He recommended an orthodontist who specializes in Invisalign. Overall this is by far the most wonderful experience I've ever endured regarding dentistry. The customer service is Top Notch, the dentist was very knowledgeable and kind. Finally, Monday came and the receptionist Isabella was able to squeeze me in that same day. Dr. Skoly and his staff were so attentive, polite and extremely helpful.
