I rightfully gave a deposit to this individual for my future wedding event. I had a passing in the family due to Covid a year ago and had to postpone. I reach back out regarding a new date and the makeup artist Wagma never never answers her messages whether it may be phone, email and social media. I got one response acknowledging my request and I never heard back ever again. As a bride who rightfully paid a deposit, I shouldn't have to chase down any vendor and stress to this extent. My deposit was taken and won't be returned it seems. I haven't heard a word till date. Never again! It was about the principle and this is unprofessional and horrible way of conducting business with your customers that make your business what it is. Where do I even begin.... Wagma is a true miracle worker. My wedding was 3 days long. 4 different looks. I never had to worry about a thing. She looked at my outfits and hair style choices and I told her to just create her own looks for each day. She did amazing. For me and my mom both for my wedding. I found her 3 months before my wedding (last minute), I never did a trial, I never gave her a picture saying "replicate this look". She knew my imagined dream and she turned it into reality for me. She made me into a true princess. I will always be grateful that I found her, that she worked with me to make my dates work, and traveled from California to Ohio for my wedding and attended all the events. She texts me the day of, 15 minutes before the appointment that she's going to be 45 minutes late. That did not work for me so the appointment was cancelled. Wagma had said she would reimburse me for the $120 that was paid in full but has not to this date. I have texted her multiple times with no response.
