Nicole is awful and ruins the residential experience completely. Many of my neighbors are leaving for similar reasons. The trash situation is insane. There is a 50 dollar fine for leaving a box outside your door, my experience was that I hurt my ankle and couldn't carry the box across the complex to the recycling. I left a note on my door and didn't think much more. The office is charging 50 dollars for this. I called and explained and a guy was understanding and said he would waive it. THEN NICOLE COMES ALONG. She decides to press the fee. Absolutely insane that leaving a box - for all of 5 days - is 50 dollars when I left a note explaining I was hurt. Do not live here Nicole will ruin it. Further, they fine you for anything even if she tells you something different. She will tell you to do something then if you do it you get fined by the office. The maintenance team has been very responsive when there is an issue. If my garbage disposal is a problem they come and fix it. They helped me search the parking lot and found something I had dropped and lost. They could have said they would keep an eye out and forgotten about it, but they did not. And in my conversations with other tenants, I have heard very few complaints, if any. I like the socials, the food truck events, and appreciate any activity that helps me meet other residents. Firstly, I was told that if the water is not fixed by close of business today they would be calling all the residents in my building and putting us in a hotel, that was a LIE! The maintenance department is always prompt to correct issues within the apartment such as replacing screens, lights, filters, items that some of us just can't manage anymore. The property itself is kept clean, both inside and out by the management. Though I am not by nature a joiner, there are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy. The community room is usually filled with residents at night playing card games, watching specials or just relaxing. There is also a fairly large library in the common areas, an exercise room, laundry rooms, hair salon and storage. I would definitely endorse this building as a place to live.

Whitney helped us find the perfect apartment. She walked us through the leasing process and everything we needed to know, especially since I was selling our house after 20 years. We chose a place right up front on the third floor. The balcony is HUGE and became an additional room for us with different holiday decorations throughout the year and a big area for comfortable seating. Maintenance is super-friendly and attentive to tenants' needs. After the first year, they felt like family to us, because they truly care. A few years ago, Michael solved a weather-related problem for us in five minutes. I was clueless what to do, and his simple fix lasted the remainder of our stay. The lobby, halls, and elevators are well-maintained. The views from the Sky Lounge and the swimming pool are beautiful. They offer a nice small gym and several gathering places throughout the two buildings. The Vue hosts monthly events with food, recreation opportunities, and contests that are truly amazing. There's a non-smoking policy which I appreciate, and last summer, there was even a little farmer's market in our parking lot. Plus, all of the excitement of Westchester Commons is at your fingertips. We had both groceries and DoorDash delivered frequently with ease. Our kitchen was huge and open with a deep sink and lots of cabinet space. I miss that already! The bathrooms and closets are gigantic, too. Everything feels safe and secure in the building. The mailroom and locker system is fantastic. Our neighbors are so kind. I had people holding doors open and offering to take my garbage bags outside for me on numerous occasions. Speaking of garbage, the Trash Fairies are worth their weight in gold. That system is amazing and worked so well for our needs. Things were quiet and well-lit, and we were generally in heaven throughout our four years. I must say that my favorite experience of all was getting to know the people who worked and lived at The Vue. I miss them already. They are family, too.

The package concierge service is very helpful for residents who work days and don't want packages left at their doors. And the trash pick-up service four nights a week is really with the $25/month. The mixture of 55+ and children is a plus for me; I enjoy having the children around. I also enjoy the multi-ethnic residents. My neighbors have all been wonderful though I am the old lady in the building! Maintainence staff and office staff are very responsive to any request I've made. I dread the time when I can no longer live alone and have to go to "the old folks home"! Timbers has been my heaven on earth!
