I tried to guess how much the machinery cost and was WAY OFF! The guys enjoyed explaining to me that my guess was about 1/2 the cost of one machine. Postponed once due to rain in the forecast. But the final result is what counts and it came out fantastic! They have a clear contract and require what I think is a reasonable deposit. They do all the right things, answer the phone, schedule and show up on time. I had one other quote but I didn't feel comfortable with them. I paid Sullivan more but am so happy with the results. I actually called two other companies, TWICE! Did not receive a call back. Sullivan is a good choice for your peace of mind.

Which honestly gave me a chance to witness their work and determine if I wanted to hire them for the larger project in the spring, which I definitely am doing. The weather was giving us some problems but I appreciated Jennifer's honesty. She told me upfront that although most of the glue should hold the stones she wanted to be sure so she came back in a few days to check on it and fix anything that wasn't perfect. She did just that and she did it free of charge and an all around excellent job. All in all they are a fabulous team and I will let ya'll know how the project comes out in the Spring. Which is cobblestone edging around the walkway rather than having to glue it every year. It is now the middle of winter and the stones haven't moved. Cant wait to see how the edging turns out come May. Below is a picture I took recently and a picture i took when they were first done.

The owner of TPM, Tyler Rokowski, was the first to reply to my search on "Yelp." Tyler came the next day, surveilled the damage and got right back to me with his estimate. Never have I seen such a hard-working team. They did a great job in a short time. They took down the Part that was laying on my roof, cut away all the branches to prevent further damage and cut down the entire tree, cleaning up the yard as they worked. They took away all of the branches and the big logs, then they ground the stump down. They were at my house at the scheduled time and were gone by 2 pm. I highly recommend this business. I had to say this may be the best decision we have ever made on choosing a contractor for home renovation work from many highly rated companies on the internet. We are deeply impressed with Raul and his crew for their honesty, transparency and attention to details when quoting the work plan and price. Matter of fact, they advised us in the first day the missing layer of insulation under the siding and added that without extra charge, rather than ignoring that design flaw by home builder. Most of all, they completed all the jobs as planned with upright workmanship, superb diligence and exceptional professionalism. We can't say enough positive things about these wonderful people. We recommend the Christopher home improvement LLC to every home owners without reservation!
