Update! Make that four out of four times. Good grief…read more ************** If the place is ever open during business hours, and I therefore get to go inside it rather than gazing longingly thru the window, I'll perhaps up the stars. After all, it looks awesome from the outside. But three times over the same long weekend I tried to come here, and three times, though we were well inside of business hourlace was locked up tight. On the last of those occasions we arrived an hour before close, and decided to call the number posted by the door this time. "Sorry, I just left a few minutes ago," she told my husband. Seriously?? I don't even see the point of not staying the last hour. Admittedly, I'm not a business owner, but that doesn't seem to be a sound business practice.

Update to previous review--- Hutch was delivered today without a scratch. It looks more beautiful…read morein my home than it did in the store. She was very cordial, with excellent customer service. I am happy with my purchase. I'm upgrading from one star to three. It could have been a four or five with communication, if it couldn't have been delivered within the initial five day window. I am hoping to update this review with a more positive one. We will see. I put a beautiful piece on layaway and paid the balance in full over a week ago. The owner offered to deliver the piece when I told her we were going to have to rent a uhaul truck to pick it up. I was happy at the prospect of giving my money to a small business owner as opposed to a national company. It has been over a week, no phone call, and no delivery. When I called her number, she answered with "Hello?", which I thought odd. Then when I asked about the delivery, she said she had been sick and promised to deliver the piece by TODAY. Of course, I don't have the $500 piece of furniture I PAID for, and I am going to demand a refund tomorrow. This lady doesn't know anything about good business or how to treat a customer. How she handles herself tomorrow will determine whether or not this review changes.

They installed a back patio pergola running off the house to cover the entire depth of the yard. They removed a hideous existing "frame" and its' concrete support pilings. They filled the resulting holes. With all the work done, I have a beautiful back yard that is now useable and comfortably shaded. I did a lot of homework and chose 3 suppliers to bid this project. Awnair Awnings is more than reasonable and worked with my schedule rather than trying to make me conform to their expectations. I highly recommend Awnair Awnings.

It finally got here and they proceeded w the work. He said it was done to his satisfaction and expected payment. I paid him in Cash for the full amount. We discussed there was a trim piece missing (see pic) and he, Bud Snyder the owner, assured me it would get that done asap when they got the piece. I should NOT have paid him until the 5 foot trim piece was put on but I thought I could trust him for it. It's been over a year now. I've tried calling him and left a message. I tried talking to him in person and he was very RUDE and disrespectful in front of my adult daughter. Would I hire him again? No.
