I came in with shoulder length hair, and he gave me a pixie cut which is not at all what I asked for. Very sloppy cut. Was more focused on talking rather than focusing on the haircut. When I said it was too short and was extremely polite, no yelling etc. and asked what we could do, he refused to fix it for me at any capacity because he felt "too awkward now" and let me leave without charge. It's taken a long time for me to grow it out and it definitely left me frustrated with my hair for a long time. I was hesitant to leave a review so long ago because he told me the last business he started , he had to close down mid Covid. I was empathetic to this, I desire the business future success but I do not recommend this place for young women with thick hair such as myself.
