    Terrible work that lasted a few weeks then started chipping. Their website speaks to sanding the cabinets before applying the paint. Not sure how this is correct as paint is coming off and I see the old brown paint underneath. Reached out and never received responses. Had them come out to fix one place then found more that's chipping. Very disappointed as they rushed the job. Waste of money.

    Believe the other reviews. Work does not look professional. Instead of properly filling holes, sanding and painting, they just paint and leave ugly holes. Completely ridiculous that they call themselves "artistic". The owner came to "fix" it and it's obvious he just doesn't care about quality, so now I have to pay someone else to do it right.

    Artistic Refinishing was very professional from start to finish. Any correspondence through email was answered quickly. Price was fair and reasonable. The crew work ethic was amazing taking care to protect counter tops and floor as well as enclosing the area to be sprayed to protect the rest of the house. I would would highly recommend Artistic Refining.

    I would like to point out right away that there are certain things that artistic refinishing does well and there are certain things they do not do well. After 2 years my kitchen cabinets still look fantastic even though they've had things splattered on them, I've had to wipe them down and in a few areas that were minor scratches that were easy to fix on my own. Bathrooms and customer service are two of the things that artistic refinishing does not do well. My kitchen cabinets, shower and vanity and tub were all part of a purchase I made 2 years ago when I bought my condo. The vanity top still looks okay other than some minor scratches and it is held up well to standard cleaning on a weekly basis. Both the tub and the shower have a lot of issues. The tub is in a guest room and is used infrequently but there are still 3 big peeled areas in the center of the tub as well as peeling around the drain. My bigger concern is the shower that has peeled and cracked pretty much from the beginning. During one of the appointments for the touch up I was called and asked if we could reschedule because of an issue with the business. I told them I wasn't in a big rush and they could just call me to reschedule and I was assured they would. When no one called for 3 or 4 weeks I decided to call back. The owner's response was, if you wanted it done you should have called continuously until we sent somebody. I'm not sure how I feel about being told that it's my duty to pester them until they send someone. As you can see from the photos the peeling and cracking is pretty extensive even though artistic refinishing came out on two separate occasions to "touch up" the areas that were exposed. Unfortunately, touching up the areas does not prevent peeling and cracking in a new area and the touch-ups were with a paint color that was significantly a brighter white than the one that was used originally. The warranty is for five years and after the last touch up didn't work, I left an email and called asking for a complete redo of the shower since it was not holding up or a refund on the cost of the shower since I was going to have to do something else to fix it. I included photos. I did not hear back from the company at all. And that was many months ago. As you can see the peeling and cracking has just gotten worse and at this point I am going to have to retile. I don't think it's fair to ask a customer to call or email constantly to get a response when, believe you me, they responded right away to my original request for an estimate. Stick with cabinet tree and vanity tops and avoid flooring shower or bath tubs and you will probably be okay.

    Horrible work! This is how they left my bathroom. I was told they always have their customers take the wrapping off when it drys!
