Joico is also the sister company of ISO who are both owned by the Shiseido company. The last few visits, I had my hair shampoo, condition and blow dried. All I was asked to do was to give them my opinions on how I felt the product performed on my hair. They sectioned two sides of my hair and wanted to know if the left or right side of my hair is more tangled, smooth, frizzy etc. That's it! They even offered me tea. I felt pampered and relaxed. For compensation, they will give you two full-sized products of whatever hair care you want from their company. They have the latest hair care line available too! Out of the three times I have been here, it didn't take longer than 45 minutes to finish. Unless, you do highlights or some other time-consuming treatment like that. They have two rinsing stations and two blow-drying stations; so the place is fairly small. They're looking for people of all ages, male or female, and any kinds of hair. The staff that works there is very amiable and makes you feel at ease. They are located on the 3rd floor of the building and only open on weekdays from 8am-5pm.
