Also tried to test clean in the middle of a chair cushion instead of a hidden area--had to correct him. Not confidence-inspiring. Additionally, none of the spots returned during the following two years. I was at the Tucson home show this Spring and saw them again. I had had my tile floors cleaned a few years ago by another company. I did not think that it was worth it. I decided to see Steamy Concepts could do better and had them out to clean the grout on the kitchen floors. It is difficult to believe but the grout was like new! Since I did not have all the tile in the kitchen area cleaned, I left out the nook, it was an easy contrast to spot. The kitchen was more stained than the nook and when they were finished, the kitchen looked new and much better than the nook. Additionally, I had them clean my son's bathroom floor tile and our guest bath. They did a good job there but those floors did not need it as much as the kitchen. I am sorry that others did not have a good experience and wonder if they were using the Tucson Steamy Concepts. There was no attempt to upcharge me or expand the job that I wanted. I hope that they called the main office or the supervisor for assistance. Both times I used Steamy Concepts I was very pleased. My floors were cleaned beyond my expectations.

Zach and his company are intelligent, personable and ethical. They are as honest as they come. Michelle is their office manager and she let me know about their discounts for cash and that most pet stains would come up with their regular cleaning service. I really appreciated this! These were purchased in Asia and being hand-sewn, we needed a responsible, worthy business to ensure maximum care. Tomas meticulously identified all the discrepancies, tears and loss of fibers. ALL WERE RESTORED. Tomas delivered. Superb, if not industry standard, customer service, like nothing I've ever seen. We even went with one of their options to have velcro installed and wall mount one of our rugs. The rugs were filthy for being walked on for 50 years and in multiple homes throughout our military career.
