They may use a pre spray for heavy spots. I was initially disappointed this recent last time, because some of the dirty spots in front of chairs a nd heavy traffic areas didn't come out. Althogh he did a great job on two area rugs that were very dirty. They always send out an evaluation email after service. When that came I responded with my disappointmet. I received a call and an offer to send another technician out to see if they could improve the carpet. They came out, readdressed the areas, and it came out great like it has in the past. No additional charge. May have been a problem with the equipment for the previous appt. Their grout cleaning is great, too. Makes the floor look brand new. So I commend them for their service check up and follow-up and wanting to get the job done right, to the satisfaction of the customer. Every technician they have sent out has been courteous, pleasant, and works to please. They have always been on time or early. They will continue to be my go to carpet, rugs, and tile cleaning company.

I am here to tell you that this company is as good as its reviews! I previously did not know the owner nor was I asked to leave a glowing review. Zach and his company are intelligent, personable and ethical. They are as honest as they come. Michelle is their office manager and she let me know about their discounts for cash and that most pet stains would come up with their regular cleaning service. I really appreciated this! Zach and Sunbright Chem-Dry has my highest recommendation! I live on the Eastside and he was easily able to fit me into his schedule when he worked on this side of town. I definitely plan to use him every 6 months.

They showed up at noon, making the appointment basically unusable. We had to cancel one call and scramble around the house to protect another. Then the pricing: quoted mid-$300s for six rugs (protectant on three). I removed one rug (decided to replace instead) and added two small chair spots--fine if that costs more. But instead of explaining anything, the tech refused to itemize and then doubled the price on-site with vague reasoning. Also tried to test clean in the middle of a chair cushion instead of a hidden area--had to correct him. Not confidence-inspiring. When I pushed back, he got argumentative, refused the job, flipped me off, and left. Office said they'd call right back. They didn't. Late, non-transparent pricing, and unprofessional. Avoid.
