I found it a bit over the top that they were always willing to share the entire history of... everything. The beef comes from .... bla bla bla. Excellent that the staff knows all this, and I genuinely appreciate that most stuff is local, but when such information comes in as more important - and at times brutally interrupting a serious conversation, it's not appreciated anymore - it became a sadly continuous annoyance. I would train the staff to hold themselves back and not jump into a conversation all the time. Again, the location is great, the food nice and definitely worth its money. Sadly, I have the service experience every time I went (and I am sure: there are many people who appreciate the special service), it did not become my favorite restaurant, no place I would go with my artists after a photoshoot (and the restaurant is 10 mins from my studio).
