It's a seasonal megastore every time we come here. During Christmas months, tons of Christmas. During fall, lots of autumn. During Spring, Easter, etc. You get it. It's not just the crap you see at big box stores; it's the special-ordered decoration places, feeling more like a huge Hallmark (if you remember those from the malls!) than just a bunch of stuff you've seen 30 times before. If you're not a decorator, they also have a decent selection of small business food (soup starters, seasoning packets for meats, etc.) and local craft beers (you can buy single cans!) to choose from. They ALSO, as the giant candle would imply, have tons of candles. Oddly enough, we rarely buy candles here - though they have a huge selection. We're usually much-more-distracted by everything else. One of my favorite things about this shop is they are selling items made by local artisans. I love not only shopping local but supporting local people. Quilted items, maple syrup, jewelry etc. There is one issue, however, and that is parking. It is very limited but if you find the parking lot full then take advantage of on-street parking. Again, the ice cream was excellent and served by a staff of teens. The facility was clean and I like the use of graffitied vintage chairs and furniture in the ice cream eatery. Retro candy caught my eye and I picked up little to educate my adult sons. For comparison to Mackinac fudge, I bought some here. There is one place in Murfreesboro to get Mackinac fudge and I just might have a tasting at home. All of the artwork here and at the neighboring ice cream shop was fun to see and photograph. Staff is very friendly and greets you with a welcome based on their well known puns. About once I year I am here from TN, and I may stop again. If not, they do have a website of fun stuff to order.

Instantly the scent of one of their candles hits your senses and you're drawn in. They sell these awesome robot pieces made of metal and tin and are painted and out together by locals. They also sell flour towels with amazing quips on them (see pics below - they're only $7!!), and Mud Pie products that you canNOT love without. You gotta go visit. BRING YOUR MONEY! Each of the wonderful women that help me on this journey went well beyond their jobs and made every aspect of the stressful experience as lovely as possible. I went in with and idea and they brought it to reality. They were patient and understanding through out the entire process even after I changed the ring twice. After everything was said and done I feel in love with with the finished product. Not only was I happy with the ring my, now fiancé, was so impressed she had to meet the ladies that helped me. When we went into the store again to introduce her to these two women, they again went above the call of duty and took pictures of us together and sent them to me. I am more than pleased with the product, the timeliness, and experience. I will be buying from them again and would recommend this jeweler to any one!
