What I noticed were items like battery powered candles, wind chimes, angel figurines, and some items that also had humorous sayings, particularly for cat lovers. The payment counter is centrally located in the shop and easy to see from the mall entrance. There were two women working during my visit and both were helping customers while I browsed. Then the jeans area had a good selection of sizes I bought 4 pairs- don't tell my husband lol! She has a good selection of clothing all comfortable and cute. Size inclusive I think that helps a lot I usually fit a size 16 jeans and a size xl-2XL top so sometimes I can't always find what I need but she had some super cute items. Wow. I got yelp to literally review this -I don't even know where to begin…read more Several months ago I ordered one piece of wood successfully on the Menards website. I got to the store and after dealing with three different incompetent employees, they couldn't find it -so I told them to just cancel the order. They said they couldn't do it at the lumberyard and sent me to the front. The cashier told me I can cancel it but I would be charged for restocking fee ( mind you this is the product THEY lost somewhere and I literally never had). I asked to talk to the manager who told me it's too bad and I can call corporate because it's their system. FYI- you can't call corporate. Had to make a whole scene. I then walked and tried to order siding only to have to explain to their workers how to use their own website. They were looking at an entirely wrong product on the website and I had to show them how to navigate to the correct one. I'll save you some time- just look online. Dont talk to their unhelpful employees It's quicker, if that's all they're gonna do. What a waste of time. I then went to the paint counter in hopes to get exterior paint. I quickly talked with the worker and asked which exterior paints were best, and he just pointed to each of the ones and said "well this one says it's exterior." ... thank you I can read. Again short and rude and unhelpful. I told him I was wanting to order sample. I looked around for a while, and then when I went to actually get it, he said "oh we don't have exterior paint samples." Lead with that. It was my fault that I gave them one last shot in ordering siding. I successfully ordered it online, waited three weeks, and got a email notification that it was ready to be picked up. Sent my spouse to go get it, and guess what, another fiasco. This order also couldn't be located by the employees and apparently didn't come in and had been mislabeled. They had five other pieces of it and tried to say that was our order (I had ordered 11 pieces...) Honestly, I don't want to make this review too long, but essentially he had to fight that it was the wrong item, they wanted to charge him restocking fees. When he went out to the car to call me and ask my opinion and went back in to go ahead and buy the 5 pieces they had they wouldn't let him because "they already cancelled it". What a mess. Incompetence is one thing but the customer service is horrendous. They should be embarrassed. Run do not walk away from this Menards. Yes Their products are fine, but there is no "corporate" you can call so they can just be jerks, and unhelpful, with no repercussions. Unless you want to be charged for horrible service and being talked down to, do not go near this Menards.

Finally, I found this place. The store has great parking out front. The aisles are large and easy to navigate. There are so many different types of dealers that everyone is sure to find a treasure. I was looking for furniture. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the prices were extremely affordable for the quality represented. I found several accent tables and nightstands. I even found a lovely small sideboard that was solid wood. I also found a great set of nesting tables for $59.99. I was amazed since I have bought a set at wholesale price in the past and paid close to $150 for them. Darion was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. As said, I purchased a number of larger pieces and wanted to fit them all into my vehicle. Darion took the time to help me load them and reload them in my car until we were able to fit most of them in. She was willing to keep trying different ways to get it all in. She definitely went above and beyond. Without her help I would have had to get someone to come help me load my car since the pieces were too bulky and heavy to do it alone. She was AMAZING!!!!!! I look forward to coming in on a regular basis since these types of stores have constantly revolving stock. If you see something you like, buy it, because it will be gone the next time you come in.

I absolutely adore my recliner that extends by the push of a button. I have had the recliner and a manual reclining love seat for 5 years now and the quality is just as great as the first day I bought it. They have wonderful Bob Ross themed gifts, books, paint kits and even wigs if you want to do Bob Ross impersonations. Another shelf is full of Ball jars and assorted canning equipment. There were even lovely, hand crafted earrings made from old Ball jars. Local Amish popcorn and other Indiana goodies filled shelves. Garden decor and narwhal themed toys were featured. A clerk welcomed us as we entered and offered assistance. Supposedly they sell sandwiches, but I didn't see a counter for them. I did see a freezer with ice cream bars. Patio seating with umbrellas were in an outdoor area in front. The building is accessible and parking is abundant. This is a perfect shop for Indiana themed gifts.
