Size inclusive I think that helps a lot I usually fit a size 16 jeans and a size xl-2XL top so sometimes I can't always find what I need but she had some super cute items. Wow. I got yelp to literally review this -I don't even know where to begin…read more Several months ago I ordered one piece of wood successfully on the Menards website. I got to the store and after dealing with three different incompetent employees, they couldn't find it -so I told them to just cancel the order. They said they couldn't do it at the lumberyard and sent me to the front. The cashier told me I can cancel it but I would be charged for restocking fee ( mind you this is the product THEY lost somewhere and I literally never had). I asked to talk to the manager who told me it's too bad and I can call corporate because it's their system. FYI- you can't call corporate. Had to make a whole scene. I then walked and tried to order siding only to have to explain to their workers how to use their own website. They were looking at an entirely wrong product on the website and I had to show them how to navigate to the correct one. I'll save you some time- just look online. Dont talk to their unhelpful employees It's quicker, if that's all they're gonna do. What a waste of time. I then went to the paint counter in hopes to get exterior paint. I quickly talked with the worker and asked which exterior paints were best, and he just pointed to each of the ones and said "well this one says it's exterior." ... thank you I can read. Again short and rude and unhelpful. I told him I was wanting to order sample. I looked around for a while, and then when I went to actually get it, he said "oh we don't have exterior paint samples." Lead with that. It was my fault that I gave them one last shot in ordering siding. I successfully ordered it online, waited three weeks, and got a email notification that it was ready to be picked up. Sent my spouse to go get it, and guess what, another fiasco. This order also couldn't be located by the employees and apparently didn't come in and had been mislabeled. They had five other pieces of it and tried to say that was our order (I had ordered 11 pieces...) Honestly, I don't want to make this review too long, but essentially he had to fight that it was the wrong item, they wanted to charge him restocking fees. When he went out to the car to call me and ask my opinion and went back in to go ahead and buy the 5 pieces they had they wouldn't let him because "they already cancelled it". What a mess. Incompetence is one thing but the customer service is horrendous. They should be embarrassed. Run do not walk away from this Menards. Yes Their products are fine, but there is no "corporate" you can call so they can just be jerks, and unhelpful, with no repercussions. Unless you want to be charged for horrible service and being talked down to, do not go near this Menards.

The items they sale are just barely below average cost and they could care less about the customer. I had bought two gallons of paint and the lid want secure on one of them and as I was pushing my cart to the lot the lid came off of the can and spilled all over my clothes and shoes and transportation. I didn't make a commotion to it I just simply walked back into the store and the woman was very helpful and concerned and even replaced the can of paint that spilled. She took my information and asked management if there was any way I could at least get in store credit. nd the manager responded, "No. I'm going to do anything like that. That was his fault that happened. How were we supposed to know the lid wasn't on right. He should have checked it for himself." So not only did I ruin a $300 pair of shoes, a new shirt and shorts, and had to get my ride repainted, but i was blamed for the lose lid. So if it weren't for the employee I HONESTY wouldn't be back in this place.

Finally, I found this place. The store has great parking out front. The aisles are large and easy to navigate. There are so many different types of dealers that everyone is sure to find a treasure. I was looking for furniture. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the prices were extremely affordable for the quality represented. I found several accent tables and nightstands. I even found a lovely small sideboard that was solid wood. I also found a great set of nesting tables for $59.99. I was amazed since I have bought a set at wholesale price in the past and paid close to $150 for them. Darion was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. As said, I purchased a number of larger pieces and wanted to fit them all into my vehicle. Darion took the time to help me load them and reload them in my car until we were able to fit most of them in. She was willing to keep trying different ways to get it all in. She definitely went above and beyond. Without her help I would have had to get someone to come help me load my car since the pieces were too bulky and heavy to do it alone. She was AMAZING!!!!!! I look forward to coming in on a regular basis since these types of stores have constantly revolving stock. If you see something you like, buy it, because it will be gone the next time you come in.

I absolutely adore my recliner that extends by the push of a button. I have had the recliner and a manual reclining love seat for 5 years now and the quality is just as great as the first day I bought it. This store has always been one of my favorites for furniture shopping.

I then went through the holidays with no furniture expecting to have it delivered January 17th. On January 16th get told again they don't have my furniture but might get it mid February... I simply said this is uncalled for and ridiculous and asked for my money back. Tried to stay local and shop local but will never go there again. So disappointing.
