We saw that they had Prosecco on the menu on the website, but it turns out that was at their other location. We then opted for the seltzer which we brought outside with us. I guess there were some kind of kids event today cause the place was packed with kids and there were no seats anywhere. Waited online to go to the bathroom and once inside it was a mess, toilet paper, and towels everywhere. Unfortunately we hated our seltzers and since there was nowhere to sit, we just put them down and ended up leaving. Not the type of spot for us we have learned.

Gosh, where do I begin? First off, they make all their alcohol in-house which is just SO COOL. Behind the bar, is a glass wall so you can see all the machinery used to brew it. They also host events every month, all throughout the month! I've been going to trivia and bingo nights and it's so fun! Plus the decor and theme of the whole place is AWESOME. LOVED the pickle stuffed olives that came with my drink. I selected the gin, but would opt for the vodka version next time to see if I could taste more olives. Our server was incredibly friendly, and when we asked about bloody Mary's, he mentioned that on certain weekends for $25 you can pay to get in and drink bloody Mary's and have Oysters. The Wasp's Nest DIPA, a collaboration with Oakflower Brewing, brings a bold, unique twist, while the Looking for Pancake imperial stout delivers just the right touch of sweetness without going overboard. He obviously loves his job, and takes delight in explaining and recommending beers. Instead of blindly picking up a brand I have never tasted, I am getting some informed recommendations. He is never too busy to speak with you at length. Contrast this to most liquor stores, where the staff know less than you do... OK maybe that's setting the bar a little high because I do know a little... I meant to say that the staff knows as little or less than the average person. Some staff at other stores don't even drink beer. So how can one expect to get sound advice? We assume that just because someone works at a liquor store, they are qualified to provide reliable guidance. More often than not, they have no clue and pull some "advice" out of the air, or perhaps based on what sells. It seems they believe that they are being helpful, but it's like asking for directions; I'd prefer someone tell me that they have no idea, than to give me bad directions. (I realize I'm dating myself. For you kids, there was once a time before GPS and Google Maps...) Overall this place carries a well chosen beer selection, and the customer service is excellent. If you want to get more adventurous with the brews you drink, I'd recommend this store as a good place to start.

He called me "baby-face" with an almost flirty tone. When I showed him my ID, he read me my name and said we would "get along just fine" because he's had very good luck with women with my name. Talk about inappropriate. He then tried to show off his car to me through the security camera footage, mentioning (in a very creepy tone) that I was younger than the car he drives every day. Upon leaving, he smiled and said he hoped he would see me in the store soon and more frequently. It's worth the longer trip to go to any other liquor store.
