After talking to a few other local vendors, we decided to go with FENIX and we are really pleased we did. Adam, Kimberley and Erica communicated really well and answered any question we had about the entire process. They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. We started with what was to be a straight forward driveway replacement. Old cracked/cast in place cement being replaced with pavers. Travis recommended lights and we agreed that was worthwhile based on the scope of what was being done, and this being something we will look at every day, multiple times per day. The pavers were also going to be extended to the front door replacing an additional old sidewalk. We didn't want the least expensive contractor. We wanted someone that was reasonably priced, who would stand behind their work. Bella Rosa is that company. The project turned out better than expected. The lights are icing on the cake. The pavers look phenomenal. All that said, there were a few hiccups along the way. Miscommunications on Bella Rosa's side related to what was discussed initially, and when the crew came out for installation. However, Travis always quick to reply, prompt to meet to work through the details and we were very satisfied. As the front was nearing completion we were so confident in Travis's team, Freddy was the foreman on our project, we added on additional things to the original scope. Including, redoing a flagstone walkway, cleaning out a side yard area, removing a layer of soil, adding stabilized decomposed granite, putting in lights along a back fence line. We can't recommend Bella Rosa highly enough. Travis and his team do very good work. And, when things come up, which is normal in construction, they will stand by their work and resolve any unexpected things. These are projects we could've DIY'd, but the result would not have looked as good, and would've required many months to complete.

Rich has the hardest working and most dedicated installers that you could imagine. I was amazed as I watched the installation! They are like a well-oiled machine. Each guy knew his job and worked very hard at it. You can tell that they are very experienced in their trade. They were on time each day and cleaned up after themselves very well. The installation process and different options were explained clearly and understandably right from the get-go, which I really appreciated. We were concerned about us having 3 dogs and the potential for foul odor from urine, etc. But with the turf that is designed for that and the underlying material used, those concerns were addressed well. This might be TMI, but the dog feces is super easy to clean up now, as it sits right on the top of the grass and is easily removed! (Not to mention it is easy to spot!) A real plus for us. So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete.
