Despite having completed all paperwork online a few days in advance, no staff acknowledged me during this time. When I was eventually spoke with someone to be check in, I was brought back to see the optometrist. Who I overheard him stating to the other man, Lamont, that he would not be seeing any additional patients and could not complete the exam for another family who was already waiting. Concerned, I approached him to confirm my appointment. He informed me directly that he would not be seeing any more patients, including myself, even though my appointment was scheduled in advance. This experience was very disappointing and inconvenient, especially after arranging my schedule and traveling after work. If patients are allowed to book confirmed appointments, they should be honored. Otherwise, the scheduling system should be updated to reflect availability and prevent situations like this from occurring. Before driving off from the store I spoke with Lamont who communicated he was the supervisor at this location. He was amazing in trying to fix the situation but unfortunately another doctor on staff needs to be provided.

They are well aware that some will take their prescription and have the contacts/frames purchased online. But (be warned) they charge much more for the exam itself if you do not want to get their contacts/frames. That said, it was still about $300 so ouch. Kinda the reason I hadn't gotten new glasses since 2017. Either way, if you are overdue for glasses and have some money to spend. I'm a bit confused by the negative reviews, honestly I am. Maybe they got rid of all of the old staff, revamped, rebranded who knows but my experience has been wonderful. The staff is unbelievably friendly, really try to get to know you, hardly a wait at all (no more than an expected 5-10 mins), they were knowledgeable and remembered my name when I can back in! They offered a special initially when I called and when I came in there was some confusion about some of the details and I was a bit discouraged. However I still made an apt as what the mentioned was still a good deal. I was super surprised to get a call the very next day from the original woman I spoke with over the phone. She apologized for the mix up and assured me I'd get the originally deal!!!Her calling me back the next day completely sold me to get the procedure done with them as she didn't have to give that special especially since I already booked. My sisters doctor was Dr. Anthony who works primarily in Vienna so he did my procedure. They said everything went really well during the follow ups and they said the work was very well done. I will say my vision was not as clear as I thought it would be after hearing feedback from a few people who got it done. Most said next day they were good but for me (-6.00) it took about 3 days to feel comfortable driving. It's been a couple of weeks and it's still not quite there, but they said that's expected and will get better with time. Overall extremely happy with service and procedure so far! Would def recommend.

From the second I walked in, everything felt next-level: the staff was incredibly welcoming, the office was spotless and modern, and the entire visit ran like a perfectly tuned machine. But the real MVP of this experience was Ashlyn. I cannot say enough good things about her. She didn't just provide great service--she completely elevated the entire visit. She was unbelievably kind, insanely knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was the most important patient there. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare), answered every question with patience, and somehow made an eye exam feel like a VIP experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. That level of attention and professionalism is hard to find anywhere, let alone at a doctor's office. The doctor was also fantastic--thorough, efficient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything about my eye health. I walked out feeling confident, taken care of, and honestly a little blown away by how great the whole experience was. I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. The office staff is now unprofessional and extremely rude. My wife tried to make an appoint with the office and, because we do not have insurance, was put on hold for so long that she finally gave up and made an appoint with a different eyecare office. For all the years we both were patients, we paid for our exams and glasses at the time of the fitting, but I guess that was not even considered. I decided to try the office again in July, and paid for my exam and glasses at that time. At the end of January, we received a $25.00 bill with a threat of a $30.00 late payment in 10 days. We had no idea this additional money was owed and asked why a call couldn't have been made instead of the nasty notes. The reply from Ashley was, "We can't call everyone who owes us money!" The bill was paid, and they have lost two long-time patients.
